We bought some beautiful spotted gum flooring from Abbey, and we’re absolutely delighted with it. Gulsah couldn’t have been more helpful and it was delivered on time and in perfect condition.

I was served by Craig. I bought 2x 115x115mm 3.6m dressed cypress posts for a DIY project. They let me choose the grain and check if the product had any defects, the staff are nice and helpful. Good price. I spoke to other clients while waiting to load the product in my van and I can see why they were returning customers. I will be back when my DIY projects expand. Recommend

Our floor installer put us onto Abbey Timber and we are so glad he did. They were great to deal with, Gulsah was very knowledgeable. The engineered oak product we installed is just what we wanted and much more reasonably priced than the city company we had intended to use. We are extremely happy with the results, the flooring really has transformed our house.

If I could give zero stars I would. As the owner of a scaffolding company, I deal with many tradesmen on a daily basis.
The guy who answered my phone call, was rude, smug, arrogant and condescending. The sarcasm and disrespect shown was appalling and trying to get an answer to a very simple question was like pulling teeth.
What a horrible way to run a business.

Got some 140 Merbau for a deck I was building. The team at Abbey Timber were so helpful and were very competitively priced, they were also super fast with my delivery turning up exactly when I needed it. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Planning lots of decking for our house currently being constructed. I have visited scores of timber suppliers websites, showrooms and stores for ideas and help. All of them fall short with customer service, most cannot bothered to get out of the chair and help you. EXCEPT Abbey Timber. The team member could not have been more helpful or more pleasant to deal with today; provided information, ideas, watchout's, do's and don'ts. Superb service and great user friendly website. I will be buying all my needs for decking, retaining wall, hardware from them. They have another customer and I will refer others to them without delay.
