Didn’t even purchase my sons bow from there but they were more then helpful to adjust it better for him and for gear didn’t push us towards the most expensive stuff just the stuff we needed

Ian provided exceptional customer service as well as a keen eye for detail when providing support for creating my first bow. Ian was patient and provided great advice, would highly recommend for anyone wishing to purchase a beginner bow.

I went in for the first time yesterday with a recurve bow I had purchased elsewhere, and despite that I received first class assistance and support with setting up and tuning my bow. Ian spent a considerable amount of his time providing me with valuable advice and assistance with my new setup. Ian is the person to see if you need any assistance with your bow and he provides exceptional customer service and knowledge. Abbey Archery is now my archery store of choice and I will be coming back.

Went in with a bow not purchased from the store, and had new accessories put onto it. Ian is the person to see and was extremely helpful making sure the gear I was looking at getting was actually what I needed. He was able to answer all my questions and made sure my bow alignment was spot on. Especially being in a male dominated sport/hobby I did not feel intimidated or oversold on products. Your best friend in archery! I am a complete newbie to archery and every purchase is daunting if you do not know what you are looking for or need. The fist time I was there, Shaun was a big help on the how and why to choose for every part of the bow and even making the choice between recurve and compound. After that I also met with Ian and David. All of these guys have so much patience! I would hate to go anywhere else, it would feel like betrayal.
Yes, they get busy and you might have to wait, but considering the time these guys spend on giving advice, it is a given. If you expect that kind of service, remember you are not the only customer and be thankful for their great service.
They also have a very wide variety of products and unbeatable prices in all things archery.

I had Ian serve me yesterday, and he was such a great help. He was very experienced and gave me the best advice. But most of all, he was so friendly. Definitely recommend you see Ian or Hayden, both had the best experiences. Will only shop here from now on.

I recently bought a recurve bow for my son. The salesperson at Abbey Archery, Ian, was an enormous help. He educated both my son and me about the different kinds of bows, the brands, and which accessories to buy on a budget. We’re very happy with our purchases, and we’re extremely grateful to Ian for taking the time to explain everything to us. I’d recommend Abbey Archery to anyone thinking about buying archery equipment, and I’d particularly recommend Ian.

Staff are polite and knowledgeable, just not enough of them. Waited a good 20 minutes before getting assistance.

Bought a dozen arrows, got them fitted and the guy gave me the wrong arrow tips and didn’t glue them in properly shot 4 once into a bag and lost all 4 tips straight away when I tried to pull them out from the bag. Don’t plan on going there ever again

Great product range for all levels of archery enthusiasts.
However the best lies with the after sale service.
Big call-out and thankyou to Andrew (Abbey's Bow Tech) - who helped me to correct my cam timing issue from 3500km's away - over the phone.
No bow shop anywhere near the Pilbara in regional WA, so very appreciative of the very patient and clear instructions from Andrew, got my V3X shooting as good as it did when it first arrived from Abbey.

Website doesnt list available stock, everywhere else does. This should be a barebones basic feature for a retail store and it only serves to take your money
