Aaron’s services were the worst I have ever dealt with, stay far away, he quoted for a job and had contracted someone to the the job, he had started and decided they could no longer do the job, Aaron was looking for serious money for one guy to do one days work and left my house in a mess, he was calling my phone multiple time the day after looking for money his tone was aggressive, never again a wast of time and money (I had the job done by someone else and it turned out beautiful)

Terrible job at our home, with sanding marks all over the place. We were told that they would disappear in a few weeks but haven’t. You can see them with day light, not only with halogens. It seems the coating is bad quality as well, as the floor has many scratches and pressure marks already, and we did the job in September, only 6 months ago. The floor doesn’t feel as hard as before, it is as if it was unprotected. Even in the kitchen area liquid drops are difficult to remove. Maybe we got the wrong worker, but I definitely do not recommend. Plus post job service is very bad as well, jus a message saying how much extra is a new coat. I was expecting something different.

Do not waste your money, you will be sorely disappointed, shonky work where even a piece of plastic will scratch your floors, cracked the floor boards and nail holes left unfilled everywhere, when called back Aaron just got aggressive and walked out slamming the door, not sure where the good ratings come from, am taking it further as I have to pay to get floors redone by a professional.

We are so pleased with it. At the quoting stage Aaron was a great listener and understood our requirements really well, and he provided good advice & feedback along with photos of previous projects which helped us chose the finished look we wanted. The tradesman who worked on the floor arrived on time, was friendly & polite and got our floor finished and looking great in good time and it turned out exactly how we hoped it would. Do not recommend this company. Use caution. Aaron subcontracts his team at lower rates, and when we had an issue with the work he did not respond to us and advised his team to ignore our attempts at communication. While the price is competitive, you absolutely pay for it in other ways: Will not guarantee any work, The product they use is not top of line, and Aaron himself can be aggressive and rude. Please take the time to do your research and look elsewhere.

Aaron's flooring team rejuvenated our home's top level hardwood flooring and downstairs parquetry flooring this week. I could not fault the quality of their work and dedication. Parts of the parquetry had been weathering to the level that they were flaking. Our upstairs hardwood flooring had parts that had grooves from wheeled furniture, section near verandah doorway was worn and bleached and flooring marks from a cupboard removal in the kitchen. Today we have what appears as a new floor. All the past blemishes are gone! Thank you! All for a very pleasing price. We used Aaron because of a friend's recommendation and are so glad we did too!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I love that I got an accurate quote instead of a silly 'estimate' which usually end up costing me more, and just isn't fair on the customer. The job was incredible. The guy created an expansion space under the skirting boards, which was the reason the floor buckled in the wet weather in the first place. This means I won't have the problem again. He was meticulous, clean, on time, and the job is perfect. Highly recommend this lot.

The team at Aaron's Floor Sanding did an amazing job of sanding and re-finishing the hardwood floors in our new house.

From advice when quoting, to communication and updates throughout the job and even the little bits that we mentioned as being annoying in general conversation (a dip here, ugly joins etc) the team took on board to deliver such a beautifully finished floor that far exceeded our expectations; our floors came out looking brand new!

As I have said, this is our new home and we were on the fence about painting before or after flooring. We decided to go before and the team took such care that there was absolutely no splashback from anything they used and they even took the time to clean all the dust off the walls and counters!

Poor customer service. Aaron was not at all interested in helping repair his own team's work when it deteriorated due to poor workmanship.

Not worth the money or the hassle to repair their shoddy work.
Disregard the 2 five star reviews as they are from the tradesman, rating himself.
