I am a specialist waterproofer and i have been working with Adam for around six years doing the complex underground waterproofing requirements for his projects.

I can tell you that Adam is an exceptional builder, has great attention to detail and is a man of integrity.

I work with a LOT of builders and I fix a lot of water problems that builders cause. Many builders do the bare minimum they need to with a "she'll be right" attitude in order to complete the job, which can leave the homeowner with ongoing issues that are fought about for years after their job had been completed.

Adam, however, is the type of builder who will mitigate problems before they even happen. His work is impeccable and thorough.

When we started looking for a builder to do a significant renovation to our property, some of my selection criteria were competitive pricing, local and, most importantly, a builder interested in building and maintaining a partnership.

After speaking to several builders, we felt most comfortable with Adam and decided to proceed with him. Adam and the team did not disappoint, doing a fantastic job on our renovation. Of course, plenty of unexpected issues and problems were coming up, but Adam proved to be a good communicator and partner in working through the challenges.

We remained living on-site during work, so we had daily interactions with the team. Adam's team and his subcontractors were polite and professional and engaged us were required to discuss questions or decisions.

We love the completed part of the renovation and look forward to working with Adam and the team again on a second phase!

I would highly recommend AAG constructions. They have been doing a significant renovation on our property, and have been doing a great job. They take pride in what they do, are reliable and easy to work with.

AAG Constructions have recently completed a significant extension and renovation on our first home and we are thrilled with the result that has exceeded our high expectations. Adam is a great communicator and his problem solving and attention to detail was amazing! From day one Adam knew we were on a tight budget and gave us honest advice on how to get the best value for our money. Our family lived in the home during construction and it was clear that Adam has assembled a highly skilled team who were always punctual, friendly, considerate and polite - even our neighbours commented on how good they were! I was particularly impressed with Adams local subcontractors, their workmanship and availability at what I considered to be very short notice. It was clear they hold Adam with high regard.
Because we remodelled an older house a number of unforeseen challenging elements arose during the build which Adam and his team quickly identified and addressed. During the early part of the construction, Adam identified a way to remove a structural post from the original design. He had his idea checked with his engineer and certified with surprising speed resulting in the open plan living space we envisioned.
Thank you to Adam, Shannon, Lachlan and the many others who helped bring our old home new life for our family for many years to come. We would highly recommend AAG Constructions to anyone who wish to have one of the best possible building experiences.

AAG were brilliant! We were very impressed with Adam's prompt response to our call and arrival on site to inspect the damage, as well as his thorough written quote and willingness to answer questions to clarify the scope of work. Adam's team were also great, lovely guys who arrived on time for each section of work, did a quality job and then cleaned up before they left.

5 stars all the way, eh! Well, sorry to be the bearer of the bad news. AAG was the very first builder I had contacted for a home building project in the northern beaches. After the treatment I received from Adam, I lost almost all respect for the entire building industry. Once he learnt about my job, the rest of my phone calls, voice messages and emails went completely unanswered.
I am glad my interaction with AAG was little more than a few phone calls and an email.

I have used them for my vacation property in Bilgola, they do incredible work! AAG should stand for Awesome Amazing Group
