6Just wanted to share my fantastic experience with the following agent. I found his service very friendly and helpful. He was able to assist both me and my wife with our tax returns. Also, helped us in securing our home loan and gave us excellent financial advice for future. Highly recommend.
Abdul is very friendly but he is not knowledgeable enough on Taxation. I went for tax advise couple of times to get more information on certain tax rules. For the first time he asked me to call ATO office to get information and second time, he didn't even know about a rule that exists in taxation. He tried to search information in ATO website infront me but not sure about it. Not useful on those two occasions, but still he charged me without advising me on to the point. Definitely its a rip-off.
AAA Tax Agent Services provided us with excellent services. I will recommend him to my other friends. His prices are the lowest in the Market.

We went to do our tax return. They charged us 80 dollars. And didn’t lodged the tax return. But said nothing, only called to tell us after we were gone. And refused to give any refound back. They said they spend 1 hours on us which is actually 10 minutes. I feel we got ripped off.
I switched over to AAA and it's been the best decision I made for my business and personal tax returns, the team at AAA are very helpful, courteous and professional in all aspects of the services they provide, reasonably priced which is also a plus factor.
I've recommended this business to all associate's, family and friends.
