Worst medical centre at lakemba, there is always an issue with their system. If an appointment is at 12 in the noon you've to wait to see doctor for an hour or two and receptionist will ask you to wait because there is something wrong with their system.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The management system worst. There’s a Bangladeshi Lady who pick up the calls for appointment and other things her behaviour very rude. Worst experience ever.

Very unprofessional customer service. I made an appointment at 1pm but they’re saying it will be an hour late. They don’t have any sense about the value of time. If they can’t manage the time then why did they make appointment system? I think the authorities should give more training to the receptionist about how to serve customers & maintaining appointments timing.

I was very impressed with the professional environment presented by the medical centre. In particular, the ability of the certain receptionist Sajia, as well as the experienced doctors, in assisting and guiding me through this experience will certainly ensure that I come back again.

Sorry to say, but this is going on every time in A 2 z clinic. Saturday reception is very rude I don't know the lady's name. If we have an appointment and we reach on time also at least we have to wait nearly 1 to1.5 hrs. If the doctor starts late, we also get a call from the reception doctor starting late Your appointment is delayed in that situation The patient needs to suffer. The reception lady just sits there and behaves rudely with patients. Not all reception staff, few of them. No proper respect with patients. Don't know this reception ladys working for money or doing charity work. Kindly request management to look into this matter. Ask the doctor to respond to the patient appointment Time ASAP 15 to 20 mins not long hrs to wait. Thanks.

This was a very good experience for me and my family because we were impressed by the functionality of the environment. I met a receptionist Sajia and she was very helpful and kind. Also the doctors were very experienced and were able to give me excellent assistance. Overall, it was a pleasuring experience.

Very bad experience.
I took my mother to get a GP referral, the female GP there didn't know what she was doing and instead of giving us a doctor's referral she send us to emergency department which was unnecessary and costed us $486 for nothing.
Customer service Pretty decent except they were calling the GP thousand times while we were inside the room and it took long time for the least knowledgeable GP i know to get a referral. During payment they were asking for $130 for a simple referral. Reason we took longer than usual. What a scam! They called the GP 1000times and that GP took longer to get a referral and now its our fault. Wouldn't recommend anyone without a medicare card.

If you have a free time and you are not sick then you can go there and enjoy the air-conditioned waiting room. You will be called after 3 hours of waiting time. The doctor will spend 5 minutes asking some questions and don't worry, you will never be checked.

Highly unprofessional doctors. They don't even touch you, just see you and ask you to please come again to us. Such a creep business. A pure corporate culture.

This medical Center was very good for help people and I have doctor Aiman Alsayed he good person and the Practice manager Tareq Ahmad this good person and we have the office manager name Karima Elkejji she always help me for everything.nice and lovely girl works at Reception name Sajia and Lara Raja and Marwa and we other girls name Amal she do very good job for everyone she helped me to make appointments the any doctors available this girl best I’m seriously she do a good job All the time happy with all the people who enter the center and I have other’s girls name Fatima she do good job for everyone she helped me get a appointment with any doctor available
And last one I meet one time the nurse name Alaa she very good at work.

Loved this place! And Dr. Youssf Gonemi was phenomenal in that he was knowledgeable, patient and had a great smile. I would highly recommend The Doctor to anyone. Their support staff is pretty awesome, too!

Amazing place. Dr Yousuf Ghonemi is so friendly, courteous and diligent in what he does. He goes above and beyond to help and I couldn't ask for a better professional to take care of my needs. He explained everything about my back pain in detail after his thorough examination. Thanks Sir as you never let me down.

The person who provided the vaccine was very friendly, cooperative. She Provided the vaccine with care and patience. Her name was Ishrat. I would definitely come here again if I need any medical assistance in the future.

Nurse Israt is very helpful and professional and kind with her job. Very much appreciated her help

Be prepared to wait extremely long wait times (around 1 hour) even after arriving on time for your appointment

Pathetic customer service, without appointment you cannot see doctor and when you have appointment than you wait 1 hour, and never picks your phone (try 20 times and they pick 1 time) I think they need better management.

I consulted Dr Youssef Ghunimi and I was impressed by his knowledge, patience and support. He is experienced, professional in his approach and answered my questions with lots of details and examples to support his explanations. Waiting more than 30 minutes and nobody was there in the counter in 2nd floor. Date: 08 Nov, 2022, morning 10: 25am to 11: 10am.

Went to get my teeth done by Karimi, very happy with the results. Amazing friendly service left a very happy client.
