Initially good but missed a nest so I rang x2 to get them to come back to address - another $160! No thanks - Do the job right in the first place then.

Fantastic service. Customer service through to speed of job was first class. Happily interacted with the real estate agent in my behalf to collect keys and complete the work.

I'm very happy with the professionalism of A1 Pest Control. They did a thorough inspection of my home and garden, along with a spot treatment for some active termites in the backyard. They clearly explained options for prevention of termites & I will definitely be using them again in the future for regular pest inspections.

I used A1 pest service in December 2022 and my initial experience was that some of the parts were missed. 1 bathroom was definetely missed and the outside fence and pool fence seemed like were missed. I reached out and Bruce came around the next day and offered to do the entire place again. We spoke about the service that was done the day before and seems like the technitian was having a hard day. Bruce thanked me for providing a 2nd chance and his views on customer complains completely changed the conversation. It was great of Bruce to come around the next day and cover some of the missed areas and also explain how to use the cochroach and ant bates.
