Shinji and his wife are an amazing team, gently spoken, polite, respectful and very hospitable with offers of tea and chocolates. When we arrived to the office, we were offered chocolates and tea which was very perfect because we felt a little bit hungry. They were very accommodating and professional. Overall, It was a good experience.
