A-Plan Kitchens and Bathrooms have been a pleasure to work with on our bathroom renovation. They have been professional, on time and on budget. The quality is excellent and we love the finished product!

A very bad experience and regretted going through with this organisation. Communication was poor. Paid the full $18k and felt the job was unfinished. They said this was not part of the contract. Can’t imagine that being the so called “expert”, wouldn’t one give advise how a kitchen would look in your design. We have to complete the rest of the job ourselves

I had my bathrooms, laundry and kitchen renovated by A-Plan. They were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Esteban as project manager was always available, accommodating and highly professional. A-Plan's contractors were also excellent. They were friendly, professional and generally great people to have around. I'd recommend A-Plan to anyone looking to renovate.

The team at A-Plan make choosing a kitchen really easy. From start to finish they deliver on support, value and quality. Whether it is your first, fifth or hundredth kitchen you will enjoy the process and the result. We have been happy with two kitchens and a laundry and have often recommended friends and family see A-Plan for their renovations or new builds.

I was able to work well with the A-Plan kitchen designer to choose a design and products that fitted my budget. A-Plan took the stress out of negotiating with and scheduling all the subcontractors to efficiently re-model my kitchen. Great service afterwards too, tidying up a few loose-ends too.

A-Plan were great to deal with from our first meeting with Laura in the Camperdown showroom, the install from Tony who was patient and detailed as well as the communication from Belinda along the way. It was an easy experience in amongst the chaos of a renovation and I would definitely use them again. The end result was fantastic as well so thanks to everyone at A-Plan.

My partner and I had A-Plan design and build a new kitchen for our small one bedroom apartment in late 2020 and we would highly recommend them.

We really enjoyed working with Karen during the design process. Most designers at other companies we spoke to would just complain to us about how there wasn't enough space in our apartment to work with. Karen embraced the challenge, though, and came up with a really clever design that maximised bench and pantry space in a small footprint.

Belinda then handled the logistics of organising tradies to come out and demolish the old kitchen, prep the area, and assemble the new kitchen. She was extremely professional and incredibly prompt to answer my emails. We had a few hiccups along the way, mostly due to COVID delaying shipments, but Belinda straightened them all out without any fuss or extra cost to us.

The end result was really high quality. Easily the nicest kitchen we've ever used. We ended up selling the apartment a few months afterwards for unrelated reasons and we reckon the new kitchen added about $50k to the sale price.

Laura and Belinda were very patient with my questions and explained various options for the kitchen benchtop that I needed replacing. The whole process was very helpful and positive and the results are beautiful!

A Plan from start to finish were amazing to deal with. The joinery is made very well, was installed on time and their communication was great.
Karen the designer was fantastic in helping with selecting the finishes and layout and has a wealth of knowledge. Belinda who coordinated the install and delivery was a pleasure to deal with. Always one step ahead and kept me in the loop. Very Professional!

We’ve just completed a kitchen renovation with APlan and I would definitely use them again. The design is both beautiful and functional, and the cabinetry fit and finish is of high quality. Jessica was extremely patient while we dealt with strata and other contractors, and always checked in to see if she could help in any way. We used their trades and everything was installed swiftly. It was very convenient using their trades and they are excellent craftsmen, but a little in the pricey side.

A plan kitchen designed and implemented our new kitchen. It is absolutely beautiful and we are very happy.

Very poor customer service, over invoiced, double invoiced, did not turn up, did not delivery finished product, had clean after them, lack of professionalism, pettiness and wasted money.stay away, run the other way!

Thank you so much Jessica and the A Plan team for the amazing transformation of our ground floor terrace home. It is beyond our dreams. All completed in a very professional manner despite being right in the middle of a pandemic! The trades were fantastic and the quality of the kitchen and lounge room cupboards is first class. Absolutely no complaints and we hope to have you back one day to do our bathrooms.

Very happy with A-Plan Kitchens. Karen did a great design and was very helpful. Product was delivered on time and is very good quality and good value. Belinda co-ordinated all the installation. Eddie did a fantastic installation with some very heavy and difficult wall cabinets.

I would recommend A Plan Kitchens without hesitation. We are so happy with our new kitchen, laundry and bathroom. My first contact with APlan was with our designer, Jess. It has been such a pleasure to work with her through this process. Jess was genuinely interested in creating something beautiful, practical, which absolutely met our needs, and was within our budget. We appreciated her availability, patience and enthusiasm, and, of course, her “designer’s eye”. We love our green kitchen!
The tradespeople that came to our house were great. It was obvious that their priority was to get the job done quickly and efficiently (and they were tidy), however, no corners were cut and we appreciated their attention to detail. Managers, Esteban and Omar were great to deal with, and our experience was that they put our needs first and attempted to minimise the disruption of having all this work done together. Thank you.

We recently had our kitchen designed and planned by Karen at A-Plan. Karen took the time to listen to what we really wanted and then put that into a design for the dimensions of our kitchen. We then moved on to the finishings and once again Karen understood what we wanted and even added her own suggestions, which helped greatly in producing modern and stylish outcomes.
Once Karen was done we then worked with Belinda to put our timetable in place and organise the trades. A couple of little hiccups in that process; however we did expect these and Belinda was efficient in ensuring these were dealt with quickly.
After 5 weeks we had a brand new kitchen. It has gone from dark and closed in to bright and open, and it looks fantastic. We love it!

Have so many good things to say about our experience getting a new kitchen with APaln.
First up, Suzanne, our designer and main contact, was and is amazing. She understood what we wanted, helped us to realise it and maximise what we could do with our budget while expertly guiding us throughout the whole process from beginning to end. Belinda in the office is similarly amazing having organised all the trades, payments etc so that everything went smoothly. Both Suzanne and Belinda always got back to our queries in no time with friendly professionalism and kindness. The quality of the tradies was also top notch.
Huge shout out to our awesome gyprocker Ocean who worked all hours on a Saturday to get our patchy gyprock in perfect condition and new kitchen installation ready!
Overall, Suzanne and Belinda went above and beyond to make our renovation as painless as possible. Our new kitchen is exactly what we wanted and how we had envisioned it. Great product, quality and service. Highly recommended.

Purchased some Kitchen cabinets and bench tops from Aplan and couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish.

Especially great service from Jay at the bench top company. He worked around our busy schedule and was spot on time every time. Was very helpful with all my questions and regularly followed up to see how things were tracking. When we were finally ready to go, the installation was booked in within 2 business days. The installers were on time as well and the bench top looks fantastic!

Happily recommend these guys.
