I was so thoroughly impressed by A Little Luxury. I ordered on Thursday night hoping to get a package to my brother (beer and chocolate) before the weekend. It arrived early afternoon - so many other sites online would have taken at least a week. Excellent choice of beer and chocolates as well, easy to add to or substitute. I have ordered several care packages for various friends from A Little Luxury during lockdown. So far, I am impressed by the attention of detail, clear communication and quality of the hampers that they deliver. I also enjoyed how easily customisable the hampers were - rather than being stuck to the set hampers they give (which were also good), you can add/replace different items with a wide range of other things that you know would suit the recipient. I would recommend this store for anyone who would love to express love to friends and family from afar.

I ordered some gifts for two special people and they were beautifully wrapped and delivered on time. Really good service and a nice selection of products (I especially liked the men's selection as there was lots to choose from).

I had placed an express delivery order on 21-Sep which showed a delivery date of 23-Sep. As express delivery was showing ETA of 1-2 days I paid extra, however the order is not even delivered on 24th. Pathetic service.

I’m an American living in France. At the recommendation of an Aussie friend, I searched A Little Luxury for a picnic basket to send to dear friends - more like family - in Brisbane who had just lost their mother. It was the mum’s request to not have a funeral or memorial; instead, she wanted the family to gather for a picnic. My husband and I sent two 6-person picnic baskets via express one-day shipping for them to take with them on their picnic. Our friends absolutely loved the baskets and the shipping was right on time (despite warnings of covid-related shipping delays).

I was pleased with the selection available, I love the baskets we chose, shipping was excellent, and it was quite easy to pay (again, as an American in France I sometimes run into issues with foreign cards not being accepted on certain sites). I would definitely buy from A Little Luxury again!

Extremely happy with the gift box I purchased. I loved the fact you could swap products out and add. The quality of the goods, especially the wines was awesome. Also to be able to upgrade to a cooler bag instead of staying with the wooden gift box was a bonus. My in-laws loved it. A special treat sent to them in Victoria while in lockdown. I have already recommended your company to friends.

Unfortunately I don’t have much of a praise for this company. I ordered an amazing hamper with additional things that I thought would be perfect for Father’s Day. It never got delivered on Sunday last week. I rang on Monday to follow it up and that’s when everything deteriorated for me. Blame was put on the courier and vice versa. Whilst my contract was with A little luxury I didn’t find them helpful or even concerned that it was now a day too late and the moment had truly passed. Our communication was conveniently ignored and that afternoon the hamper miraculously got delivered to my parents after I insisted for a full refund rather than a re delivery. My biggest upset is that the day was missed and their way of making it better since they stuffed up was to refund me $7 the difference between the standard delivery fee and the courier fee that I paid. Not even the full amount of the delivery fee since it’s was late. It’s in my opinion more offensive and inconsiderate. I will never recommend this company to my friends or family because of their lack of decency.

The gift looked as nice as the picture in their website with the box, ribbon and all and the next day delivery was good. It didn’t arrive on the specified time, but just a few hours later. The gift definitely made us and the recipient happy!

Sent a luxury beer hamper to my brother for his birthday with extra add-ons (choc-coated almonds, mixed nuts and bottle of port etc.). Was advised there may be a slight delay due to current circumstances but the gift arrived at the exact chosen delivery time and day. My brother was thrilled and said it was a fantastic choice and lifted his day. He lives on his own and took great delight in examining all his surprise goodies. Can highly recommend A Little Luxury and will be using them again shortly.

A little luxury has a wide variety of gifts for all ages and occasions. The website is easy to use. They communicate with you every step of the delivery process and I was very impressed with how quickly my gift arrived, given the infrequent postal deliveries. My mother was delighted with her parcel of a luxury robe and pamper set. It was attractively packaged and something a little different and more special than the usual gifts.
