From the commencement of the tenancy to the end, David Arabela was great to deal with. Very personable and efficient. If I had an investment property, I would be happy for him to manage it and take care of the tenants.

We rented through AJ Duffy and David was our property manager. David so pleasant to deal with and attended to our requests very quickly. We had a great experience renting through them and David and would highly recommend them as agents for both tenants and owners

Honesty, integrity and a very high standard of service. More importantly, Guy prides himself on providing the best quality service, and will work tirelessly to achieve customer satisfaction. His experience shines through and knowledge - bought an investment property and Guy helped with complete process and now his agency will manage going forward. He went over and above what I expected.

Where to start. Guy Bezzina - worst communication and least transparent real estate agent I have ever come across with. Not helpful at all in getting our application approved or being forthcoming with information in regards to the rental property. I would not recommend dealing with him or AJ Duffy, go to a well known and respected agent that can give you prompt answers and is a man of their word. Applying for a home is stressful enough let alone having to deal with these bozos.

So unprofessional and rude agents-The worst agent there is David Abela, customers, be aware! Sneaky lies and empty promises, they communicate back with the customer only when the rent payment is due.
