Has anyone ever restored their faith in something which they've discarded for many years? Trust me, when you meet Janene, you'll have confidence in the power of acupuncture. I came here just two days ago with a sharp lower back pain. In just two days, that pain has completely disappeared.

Acupuncture was only just one of the reasons why I gave 5 stars. Before my acupuncture, I got a remedial massage on my back and legs. During the massage, Janene made me feel at ease. She pinpointed why I ended up with the same lower back pain which I had a few times in the past. The atmosphere, the chat, her gentle nature, her soothing voice and tone really made my experience here into the most peaceful healing experience I've had so far.

Have faith in the power of acupuncture! And have faith in Janene! I'll probably be ready to go back to the gym and work out to my hearts content tomorrow!

I had so much pain in my neck and shoulder area - the neck was rock solid. To me, taking panadol would be taking medication however I resisted and found Janene! I have been sort of unwell but couldn't say why or what was wrong with me. The first treatment Janene gave me my massage with acupuncture, I threw up after the session and I felt 100% my old self again! Whatever it was must have been dislodged in the treatment. The headache and pain subsided and today, my second treatment - my whole neck area had some 'give' and I can say, I can move my head left to right and vice versa without any restrictions. I am going through perimenopause and have been going for massages and cupping for months thinking it will sort my cramps and lower back pain, however it did not help. Janene is full of life and energy and passes this on to each of her clients. I had unexplained pain in my upper back which she skillfully treated with a massage and (my first time) accupunture. She also 'diagnosed' and taught me about how that particular spot in Chinese Medicine stores a certain emotion and it was surprisingly true indeed that I was dealing with this emotion at that moment in my life! While the needles did their work, she put on a guided meditation for me to fully relax. After she took out the needles, my back instantly felt less painful and I felt my whole self less tense, instead more present and calm. Everything seemed slowed down after that treatment, as if I had just awaken from 100 years of deep sleep.

Janene not only has healing hands but she is a healing and soothing soul to be around. I have a re-occurring knee injury that nothing has seemed to fix, after Janene did some acupuncture on it, I can do things with a lot more ease and comfort. She mixed me up some bruise cream as I bruise easily, also helped me become more self aware of my body and taught me about which essential oils and foods I should take/use to heal. I was recommended to A Holistic Healing Centre by a close family member, after having a history of issues with my back and right arm. I had a migraine for 3 days so decided to see someone more holistic around the Ryde area, and I'm so glad I came here. Cosy relaxing atmosphere with meditation music and no sound of busy shopping centres etc. I could fully relax and surround myself in the aromas picked especially for me. Janene is great! Every time I come here she gives me acupuncture, a great massage and super-smelling aromatherapy. One day I'll actually stay awake long enough to hear what the meditation tape says!
