At the start Matt was very helpful, but as soon as i paid the invoice to have the plans we had discussed drawn up, he would no longer return any of my calls on his mobile or messages left with his receptionist or return any emails sent. This went on over months of trying to get in contact with him to ask simple questions. Extremely disappointed with his lack of customer service, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

If you are looking to get your outdoor area renovated, please get it designed first. Rather than having numerous builders give you a quote on what they "reckon" would look good, get the plans done properly, then put it out to get quotes. You can then compare the quotes and actually know what you are going to get.
