The ladies at A Beautiful Occasion are just the best! I do not have a gift for design but I told them what I liked from their Instagram photos and the colour of the bridesmaid dresses and they created the perfect setting for our wedding. They were so flexible, especially with all our covid changes. They have worked with so many of the Port Stephens vendors and venues before that they had great tips and ideas for what would work and worked with the venue seamlessly. They recommended options but never pushed for all the bells and whistles. They are so calm, fun and professional that I always felt like everything was under control and really enjoyed the planning process. On the day I didn’t have to lift a finger and we got so many comments on the beautiful flowers and table settings from the guests. The colours of the flowers were just beautiful. Could not recommend them more!

Could not recommend A Beautiful Occasion enough! Their styling and flowers were incredible. I showed a few photos of the type of vibe I was after and they just ran with it so perfectly. The flowers were so beautiful our guests were shocked when they realised they were real and not fake! Working with Sara and Amy was so easy, stress free and so worth every dollar! I know Brittany has already said how wonderful your styling and flowers were but wanted to add my appreciation myself. As an interior designer, handing over the reins to someone else to style my daughter's wedding is a big ask but as I was based in Sydney and she lives in England we needed to put our trust in your hands and let you run with it. And we were not disappointed, you listened, you asked questions and you delivered. The end result was amazing and the comments from everyone on the venue and flowers demonstrated this.

Due to geographical location we had to trust your process and so glad we did. My advice to everyone getting married, invest in people like A Beautiful Occasion as it takes the stress and worry out of the day, giving us an opportunity to sit back and enjoy.

These guys did an absolutely incredible job with my bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets and guys buttonholes! We used a beautiful occasion for our wedding flowers. The communication from the start was excellent. I sent pictures of the colours I would like and they used the pictures to design the bouquets and flowers for arbour. The flowers were absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures and the colours were exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend using these guys for your special occasion.

I couldn't recommend these beautiful ladies more then enough. Our wedding was absolutely stunning due to their decorations. These lovely ladies did our flowers for our arbour, mine and my maid of honours bouquets, flower buttons for our dads and my husband and best man. Not only that but they did our table decore from eucalyptus to table lanterns to decorating our cake boxes plus out fairy lights. Wouldn't Reccomend anyone else for a beautiful wedding ️

When we had to change our date they were so flexible and kind which made the process so much easier. My flowers were absolutely stunning and were more than I could have dreamed of. Our ceremony being on zenith beach was no easy task to set up, but it looked like something out of a movie. Our guests felt like they had been transported to an overseas destination and it felt so special and magical. The setup was exactly what I wanted and more. It was magic. The reception styling was so perfect and so many little details that I loved. The flowers were fresh and smelt amazing all night long.
All in all, the team were truly incredible. Matt and I want to get married again just so we can relive that magical day over and over and over again. It was so perfect. Thank you forever!
