I have been going to 89Beauty Centre for the last 3 years. The service is excellent and the facials are great. Although I reside on the Northern Beaches, I am prepared to travel to the premises because of the excellent service and high quality beauty products she uses for my facials.

I got my facial done and walked out of the salon looking like a million dollar. Amy has done such an amazing job cleansing the face and mixed with a light head and neck massage made me feel so relaxed.
Laser treatment at this salon is the best. Just after 1 session, all the hair had fallen off over a month and I barely needed to shave for the second session.
Amy is very kind and provides accurate advice. She is very accomodating and always means the best to her customers.

Amie is amazing for fat freezing! She is very professional and has great result. She is also is very reasonably priced. Another great thing is she has two machines so she can do lots of areas at once which not many providers do. Great service!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Booked in a facial session, only to be turned away because I am a male.

I made my booking and signed off using my name, Brian. It was quite obvious that it was a male making the booking. Nonetheless, if they don't serve males then simply ask?

Wasted my time to show up, only to be treated in such a disgusting manner. They said to me "we don't do facials for men".

At the same time, after I confirmed my booking, I had asked if there were any other available times. I never confirmed a cancellation nor asked for one. The owner said that "you did not reply back and you cancelled". No. I never cancelled. I asked you if there were other times.

I also understand Mandarin, and heard everything. They did not have enough staff members working. They double booked the 4pm slot and therefore they turned me away for that reason. Bet you will be shocked to read this part hey?

Amie was very kind and professional with the level of service she provided me with. She explained the fat freezing process very swiftly and ste-by-step so well, which put me to ease. I would definitely recommend this company 100%!

I went participated in a Fat Freezing Cryolipolysis session with Amie. I was so impressed by the friendliness and warmth of the service, while feeling completely at ease with being so well taken care of. My one session resulting in an immediate centimeter loss of stubborn fat that I have never been able to remove before! I am going back to see Amie again.

Amie is so professional, friendly and honest. I had a wonderful experience with her getting HIFU for face and eyes. It was so easy to book, the salon was lovely and clean and Amie really made me feel relaxed and at ease. She is very easy to talk to and she offers little extras like cups of tea and massage.
