A bunch of great staff that providing excellent service and time. Beds were good for their value as well.

I would give this store 0 stars id possible. As others have said, they seem friendly when they want your money. But when defects happen (within warranty period) they will not help. They would even put the blame on you stating that you didnt operate it correctly. Avoid this store at all costs!

My recent purchase from 88 furniture was TV unit and shoe rack. Jenny was very friendly and helped me to chose the right TV size unit for my TV. The delivery was smooth with no delays. I went to this shop a few days ago on Saturday 31/07/2023 to have a look around, the shopper Jenny was very helpful to me and I got what I wanted. The delivery was quick as well, the service is excellent, I would recommend to my friends and relatives to the shop, and Jenny did the follow up to ring me asked me was every ok, I reckon follow up is rather important to give a feedback. I bought two Mattress from them at the same time. Yeah SERVICE a good, price is reasonable and delivery in time as they said the day before.

It was the first time visiting this store, from the minute we walked in we were greeted by Jenny and attended to. Jennys service was refreshing, her customer service was nothing short of impeccable! We ended up purchasing 6 dining chairs, the process was so fast and easy, the products came 2 days later and assembled ready for pickup as promised. Jenny was kind enough to help put the products in the car and even provided blankets so they did not get scratched. Thankyou for being so kind Jenny, we absolutely love love love our dining chairs!
