7-Eleven Wahroonga

Passing through Sydney in the early hours of the night. I needed to fill up. But I get refused service. I ask why and he explained that I had to ‘guess’ how much I was filling my car up and pay in advance through the window tray. When I told him that I will know when I have finished fuelling up how much it is, he refused. I told him I’ll just take my business down the road and he made a comment under her breath that I didn’t understand. I called him out for discriminating against me and left. Never had an issue here before then, and the look I was receiving was disturbing that I won’t bother returning day or night.

Shisir and his fellow Nepalese colleague provides consistent, excellent, and unique customer service that goes above & beyond to deliver impeccable customer experience. It is worthwhile giving these gentleman professional recognition.

This service station is the first one off the M1 heading to Sydney. There was no signage (as far as I could
see) as to where the toilets are and when I asked, I was just directed to walk down the street past some restaurant to the public toilets. Got past three sets of shops and could not see them. Couple
of other women were in the same boat wandering aimlessly. Pretty poor effort seven eleven.

Last night I had the best experience with Shisir His customer service and how nice he was is incredible! Best 7/11 in Sydney ️

Absolutely Disgusted! I go here every morning for fuel and coffee my partner usually goes in to pay I went in and got 8 equal packets for the 2 coffees with my petrol and some other stuff. My partner went to pay and I just walked straight out with the equals assuming they were free. The manager infront of everyone in store decides to call me back in. I walk over and said sorry thats my coffee hes paying for. He said "its too much one $1 coffee and that many packets? I said theres two coffees there but again he said its too much. My partner asked to pay. Then he said how much do you want to pay? I said how much do you charge sorry I thought they were free. He kept saying its too much you cant take that much, everyone is now looking at me like I woke up in the morning and decided I was gonna steal equals from 7 eleven. I gave him back the equals and left. I paid for everything else by the way. I work in hospitality and I have seen people do some sneaky things but it doesnt mean I pass judgement before even asking because not everyone is out to steal your equals.

Much like the other reviews, the ‘manager’ is a living disgrace. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed directly to myself and other customers in the store at the same time. Yelling. Aggressive. Rude. Ignorant, angry and not fit to be dealing with customers face to face. His attitude to paying customers is abhorrent and should be assessed.

Like other reviews are saying, the attendant is very rude, I got a $1 coffee, gave him $5 note, he returned me only $1 asked for the rest, he gave me back another $3 dollars while saying it’not a changing machine here, I was shocked like him wanting to teach me something by stealing my money!

Stopped here for fuel this morning. Waited five minutes for the lazy attendant to start the fuel bowser then I walked inside to ask if it was working. I was met with nothing but attitude rudeness and a total lack of customer service. Considering I refuel my work vehicle every day and drive past this service station twice a day it’s the last time they will get my business.

Honest and helpful staff! On the morning of Jan Sunday 24th, after a long night shift, I dropped my paypacket near where I parked my car. With not much work happening of late, that cash was crucial. After calling, the attendant went outside to look and came back to say he had found it. He kept it safe for me until I returned. The staff here are friendly and considerate. Big thanks to them.

Person who works in the morning is very rude & always grumpy.

Always pleasant, polite and helpful! Store is always clean, and the staff are great. Especially within the last two days in helping get my lost keys returned to me. Thank you so much, you guys do a great job!

The worker that is at the store Friday mornings is rude. Tries to over charge me has successfully over charged me a couple times. Be careful of him.

I have never seen such a rude and aggressive customer service in my life. He ruined my morning. This is disrespectful attitude and disgraceful. It's not acceptable. I am expecting offical apology. I am not posting his name and expecting company contact

I buy my coffee from here every day but today When I was there, the staff didn’t sell to me a 2$ coffee because he wanted cash only and I hadn’t!:)

Very good, clean, neat and tidy. I love the the morning environment a very busy one though, with the team always being in the forefront, shops well cleaned and tidy, providing the helping hand. I visit that store as an ease of convenient and always had a good coffee. I love the hot foods on deals especially.

I always enjoy 1 dollar coffee at seven eleven Wahroonga. The staff named Niraj is very polite and helpful. Whenever I visit the store, he is cheerful and keeps customers at first priority.

Great place to enjoy nice cup of cofee and pies. Always found this place very clean and nice staff members.
