7-Eleven Tweed Heads Sth

What has happened here? The last few times I’ve been in, the guy sees us coming and leaves the counter to “check stock”. He takes his time making his way back to the waiting customers. It’s so obvious and a bit weird. Used to only fill up here but going elsewhere now.

I went at night time (29/08/2023 1.40am), the guy who is working there saw me and went inside, I waited there for long time he didn’t come back, 1st teach them about hospitality.

Ever since the place underwent renovations and hired new employees,  I have developed a strong dislike for coming here.  Every time I enter the 7-eleven,  I receive an unwelcoming gaze and a sense of being observed as if I were a criminal.  I used to be a frequent customer at this store,  visiting almost every day with my family to get slushys while refueling our car.  Sometimes we would only come in for the slushys,  but after the renovation,  I have despised coming here.  I am fond of the fresh appearance of the location,  however,  there is significant room for improvement in terms of the customer service.

Meant to be 24/7 but the worker is NEVER there late night, leaving customers waiting in the cold, not the 1st time this has happened.also on the phone while serving us.how rude!

Dirty store stinks likes old garbage, Coffee machine is stuffed this store is one of the old franchise dumps and it needs corporate to take control again to clean it out its frap.

Paid $70 for 41L (tried to fill it but the fuel wouldn't click off) of special unleaded and the fuel gauge didn't move at all told the guy as normally I only spend $50 on 98 to fill it he went on to tell me that it's my fuel gauge ‍️ yet I filled up with $50 of 98 from another servo on my fuel gauge was fine and it got filled.rude service and stealing money for no product wish I could go higher up and get my money back ‍️

I use to go here pretty often but the guy who works there at night is really rude and always acts as if Ive dont something wrong. Surprised he works there if he hates his job so much.

Just got back from trying to go to the 7/11 south tweed and the guy refused to open the door as he was cleaning the donut display case.so we just stood outside until we left.

A photo package of my baby that cost me $1000 was delivered to this shop and I had the postal card and my identification to pick it up but the girl behind the counter wouldn't hand over my item and continued to tell me her manager said I couldn't have it without the delivery notice which I kept dangling infront of her. She told me I had to call the courier for them to send me out another card then she tried to keep the card for my item. Absolutely disgusting customer service and poor training. The staff should be trained to know what to do when items are delivered to their workplace, I've never had a problem picking up items from there before, I am just hoping my baby photos are still in good condition or someone will be footing the bill.

Bad service, false advertising. Drove past and seen they had a sign saying fee coffee on Tuesday with ANY purchase. Went and filled my tank up with fuel and grabbed a reg coffee and the guy charged me for the coffee! When I asked about the free coffee he said it was only for a small one and you need to purchase something instore. I then said that you have now charged me for a coffee so can I grab a small coffee? No he replied insisting that I need to make another purchase! This just ruined the start of my day! I won't be coming back!

Didnt honour the fuel price lock from 7 eleven app. Shame Shame Shame. Never going to fill up again with these dodge people. Shame
