10Snake! Dodgey guy cancels your rewards by messing with the terminal connection during reward confirmation trick. This is twice in 2 days by nonresidents. Other one charged me $3 for $1 dollar coffee. Kept mum and just put it through again for $1. Keep your eye on 'em!
Never posted a bad review before, but had to because it's so ridiculous, was shouted at by the clerk (who was on his phone at first) serving me when I was trying to check out, at first claimed he was new, and didn't know how to do some things, then claimed he was the store manager and then the owner. Probably one of the most ridiculous experiences I've ever had. Used to be get my fuel here regularly cause I work close by, will never come here again even if I have to push the car to another petrol station. Good luck to you if you ever visit.
Absolutely appalling customer service. I went in to buy a lolly that I had promised my daughter after school. I went to pay with a $50 note. I was told by the male sales attendant that it was “unfair to pay with a $50 note”. What does it matter, you’re getting money anyway. So I took my $50 note and left. No way will I ever buy anything from here again.
Your behaviour is appalling and you shouldn’t treat customers like that for making a purchase.
Always buy the $2 coffee
It's so convenient for hospital visits and patients who can go out.
Two ltrs milk is cheaper than.
Also plenty off take choice of food
And Drinks, ATM.inside.go to the right inside door.
I slipped on water inside door.
They were so caring and they helped out so well until. I was able to move and helped the bleeding.
Even called hospital to see how I was. I also had thongs on.

This 7 11 has trouble cooperating with the app. I could not redeem some of the offers available in the 7 11 app, and it was a struggle to use the fuel price lock feature.
The manager was rude and unhelpful with the difficulties I experienced.
I won't be returning.
1 star because the short female who works here has the worst customer service. Zero manners and doesnt even acknowledge your existence. Pick up your customer service skills because that is the main part of your job especially in a tight knit neighbourhood like Towradgi. Everytime we've come here she is always rude and arrogant
Staff are friendly coffee is super value and very drinkable. Sandwiches fruit salad assorted salads. Hot fast food open 24/7
We had to wait to be let in the store because the employee was on Facebook on his phone very poor customer service
Nice clean, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient as it has post office next door. Petrol is always competitive price.
