7-Eleven Sydney

I live above this store and have been going there for over a year now. They are incredibly rude. All of them. It’s like they don’t want people coming there or spending their money. People have posted reviews saying how their staff members are so rude they wouldn’t open the door - yes. This. Every single time. And when they do see me I have had their staff members sigh, roll their eyes and dramatically emphasise that they are busy and I need to wait or leave. The other evening I had one staff member literally try to start an argument with me at 2 in the morning about the fact that I shouldn’t knock on the door - it doesn’t make them open it any faster. Any faster than what, 10 minutes? He’s saying he knows I’m outside in the freezing cold and he deliberately doesn’t want to open the door for me and so I shouldn’t even bother knocking? Wow. I just told him I’d continue my knocking and moved on. Most of the time they’re in the back (hiding? Who knows!) so I knock because no one is there.

Big store always busy, could be a bit cleaner. It's got lots of "working" coffee machine's. Most of the Staff are not helpful at all. They always seam to be off doing something else so you nily always have a bit of a wait at the counter.

Poor costumer service. Sunday morning staff with name tag Lovepreet was rude and ignorant.

Dishonest about their pricing.
Displaying different prices on the rack labels to what they're charging and the explanation from the attendant was that perhaps another staff member didn't change it overnight.
Pretty sure that's illegal in the retail sector.

Wednesday staff, he is very very lazy man, anytime you come to store he said he is very busy he can’t open the door, we need to complain for him, we don’t want that staff, I am a taxi driver I come 7 times a week, I need to wait outside 10 to 15 minutes outside the store, it was too cold winter, the staff very lazy, they always west the time and lose the company,

After 11 pm the door won’t open. It’s automated and it starts beeping when I approach the entrance and wave my hand in front of the motion detector, but the door doesn’t open. I think the workers lock it on purpose

Bought a 7-Eleven Jumbo Size Bacon & Cheese Roll earlier today for a quick bite since I hadn't eaten anything all day. Felt queasy and had a headache for 6hrs afterwards, leading up to me throwing up. Also poor customer service from the guy working there no greeting, no thank you. Instead when I said "thank you" there was no reply lmao not even a smile.

I am a bus driver and I go there pretty much three or four nights every week the staff member there so lazy to open the door. I don’t know what do they do at the back of the store. Always waited there around 10 to 15 minutes and lose my break time just to get a coffee but no one bothered to open the door. I don’t know what’s going on here

10/10 I'm not going to say it deserves to be crowned, '7/11 Sydney' but it is pretty much the largest in this city.

Worst 7/11 I have ever been to. Opening hours are incorrect. Lazy staff. Ignorant and think they’re giving good service when it’s worse than anything I’ve ever seen. Do not go here.

The girl working here on Saturday morning is very rude. Doesn't know how to serve the customers and doesn't put the name badge on as well. I asked for the hot chocolate and she just threw the cup on the desk and then started using the mobile phone.

Grumpy asian man is rude, doesn't even say hi and has no interest in giving any sort of proper customer service.

The clerk was one of the most rude people to the customer I've ever seen. He was on a call and I was gently waiting for a signal so I could ask him what I wanted. It was then that he took the product to pass it, but before I had a question about the product. While I was going to say that I had a question, at the first sound he told me to shut up with a finger in his mouth and a "chio" sound. I find this attitude extremely inelegant with the client. I will never return in this unit

Very poor customer service. They have sushi rolls for $5 and will expire tomorrow on 29/11, it's just one day to be sold Before it's expired, I asked the front counter to drop the price as it's not fair to pay full price on food will expire in one day plus it's better to sell it instead of chucking it in the rubbish, very limited way of thinking!
By the way, 7eleven petrol station they they drop the price on short dated items, I don't know why that store don't!

Choice of gift cards is very poor. There was special on 7 eleven app for 10% off Uber gift cards in two denominations, $25 and $50. There none in stock and staff member was not aware that 7 eleven sells Uber gift cards, neither that there was any special on above mentioned gift cards. This is very unprofessional in my opinion.

The entrance to the store has been surrounded by trash and homeless people whenever I've walked by. I felt that I should have been inoculated before being within 30 feet of the store

After 1am evertime i try to enter this store. They always put the wet floor sign on the floor and says its close for a while.we waited for like an hour but its always close at that time. They should set a time to clean the store.we even saw the guy sleeping inside the store

Closed at 1: 48 am, couldn't see any staff member, almost waited for 20 but still no sign of staff. 9 people have to return being disappointed.

The slushie machine here is almost always giving terrible quality.
I've filled my cup and bought significantly sub par slushies here on a number of occasions. Took me a while to realise it wasn't;t just that day
