12The customer service is so bad. Most of the staff is not friendly at all. If you want to avoid disappointment stay away from this place
No matter the worker, they wait till Christmas to activate the pump because baking pies is more important. Sometimes see no one at the register for ages. No other 7eleven is this bad.
Rude staff …. Especially I believe the owner lady is a cracker of a weirdo! Stops the pump while filling fuel in an era of face covering is the norms …. Thinking that she owns her fuel station in a 3rd world country trying to rob her off her fuel …. Pretty dumb
I would give this place 0 stars if I could! They stopped the petrol pump on me because they said my car was unregistered, even though it is. They assumed I was going to steal petrol. Great work 7/11 St Helens Park, keep up the disgusting service
I had to write a second review cause the service is always disturbing and disgusting staff are always rude I'm an essential worker I work late hours I expect to be at least served in a timely manner so please don't give them business until they can get their act together.
Making my own coffee and grab a slurpee with some doughnuts, here is my sugar addict at this station lol
Expensive petrol. Went 10 kms down the road to Appin and it was almost 40 to 50c less per litre there. Rip off.
Turned up at 11pm to the night window, the lights were on, but no staff in sight. Called out and used the buzzer, but to no avail.
Staff member must've been asleep out the back.
This one's a bit emotional for me as I moved from the area 30 years ago and have only just returned to find that my old house is now a convenience store. I can never go home again. But, I guess I can shop there.
Just visited to use the toilet and it was filthy with poo and wee all over the floor. Couldnt even use it and the smell was disgusting. Ill never stop here again absoloutly disgusting
I was there at 11.00 on the dot to use the atm and they refused me service, i even offered to let them take the money out for me or stand with me while i do it and they refused me service i go there as an every day customer and the workers there know me. They have now lost me as a customer due to the poor customer service.
