7-Eleven Riverwood

They do a great job from customer service to keeping the shop clean. I go pretty much every day and the manager is wonderful!

Friendly service from all staff and management, nothing is a hassle and they are always willing to help. My kids love going in for slurpees as the staff greet them by name, always asking how school and sport is going.
7/11 Riverwood is by far the best AND CLEANEST store I’ve ever walked into.

The most clean 7-Eleven store I have ever been to, especially the coffee area. Great customer service by the staffs too.

Everything is clean and hygienic and the staff are very polite and kind. The coffee by far is one of the best out of the other 7-Eleven stores that I have visited. The food and drinks are always fresh and taste incredible. I will definitely be coming back here again.

A 7 Eleven in Riverwood that is conveniently located. Not sure why so many people are upset with a petrol station.

I never walk into these places expecting 5 star service. I drive past a servo, it offers petrol that will not stuff up my car. I get out and use a pump that works. So far so good. I walk in and line up and get serviced by an underpaid staff member who is most of likely working/studying at uni.

Give the staff a break. As long as it all works and the place is clean. It served its purpose.

Waited outside cold after-work and door wasn't open for me until someone else arrived. Greeted everyone's else but me, went in bought stuffs and ended up with an angry staff, telling pay and get out without any reason. Worst experience, went home thinking what I do? Never coming back there as it messes with you emotions

The best place to buy classic Aussie dish’s is 711 because we can get meat pies and sausage rolls for a cheap price.

I went in there tonight at 11.10pm and was served by Singh the fresh Kripsy Kreme donuts came in and I wanted a mixed pack. I always come in at this time but usually someone else. Anyways I asked for a mix pack and he said he can’t really do it right now and that it’s not possible for me to buy that only the plain ones or pack of mixed 12 which I didn’t want. Anyways I told him I always got it and he said he can’t do it. So I asked for his name and he gave it and I left. Won’t be coming back here again. Whenever they have new staff they don’t train them correctly not to mention petrol is 170c and sometimes the board isn’t on and you go inside and it’s the most expensive in Riverwood. Singh just lost yourself plus 3 others customers

I will not be coming back here ever again. I have always been a loyal customer, always buy my petrol and snacks here. There is a new guy, I wanted to pull out money after I made a purchase and he said no. Whenever I come in here I am allowed to pull out $100 max. I wanted less than that. Needless to say, I will be going to BP Riverwood now. It’s the last straw!

As a petrol station I wouldn't even think to rate based on customer service however every time I walk in the workers are always friendly.

This is the last time I go here. This is the 2nd time where I've purchased something and been refused to pull out money or to change over the money in my wallet. The new man is very arrogant and rude. They just lost a sale and a customer I'll be going to BP from now on

Wanted to fill our petrol tank and empty our bladders. Not an unusual combo for weary travellers.
But no.toilets are not for customers to use.
So we didn't buy our petrol there either.
Have to wonder if their lack of customer service and refusal to provide basic facilities warrants the enormous loss of customers and money.

The customer service is amazing, and not to mention the spectacular offers. The staff spoke politely and respectfully not to mention the outstanding efforts in keeping the customers happy. The foods and drinks are always fresh and taste amazing. I would go to the same store again with great pleasure.

The 7 eleven staff gave amazing services and spoke with pleasure making sure the customer was happy. It was probably one of the best and cleanest stores I've visited
