Hii 7-11 pendle hill, I am a well known customer of yours for so long and I am glad to say that a tall girl ishika working on sundays is always welcoming workers and ready to help customers. She is not only beautifull smilling face but also treat customers very politely. Such a wonderful experience out there.

I don’t know how this store is still trading as a big franchise.smells really bad inside coffee machine are filthy I could give a 0 for hygiene

Been living in Pendle hill area since 2019.3 years and I avoid this petrol station because half their pumps are out of order all the time. When U go into the store desperately to buy stuffs at night after 10 pm, the staffs are either lost inside or never have the urgency of serving the customers who r waiting outside. I have experienced at least more than 10 customers outside the store waiting one time and the staff inside never attended them. I have tried my best to avoid going here and eventuality I will never go here.

It's not about hygiene or customer service, I wish they take the initiative of serving customers when they want any items or fuel.

Very poor hygiene.
When asked for an empty large box for krispy kreme donuts, the worker there gave me one from the back but it had ants crawling all inside.
Serving tongs for the donut looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks.

Rude staff on Saturday overnight. Why does 7 Eleven hire such a rude staff here? Just fire him as soon as possible. He has no idea how to treat a customer. He was so rude to me for asking a coffee. No experience in customer service skills. Teach him how to behave properly.

Chandra, the young man who was working there at 4: 30am on Tuesday the 27th of July 2021 was polite and well spoken and provided excellent customer service. Management might wanna consider passing on this feedback and perhaps reward him for doing a good job.

Staff they doing rack filling and we have to wait too long to start fuel pumps and when you going to pay you have to wait too bad customer service

Very rude female staff, No help or knowledge at all. Basically pushes you to get through to see prices. No manners or customer service at all. Seven Eleven must be desperate for staff to employ someone like her

Rude, hostile, unwilling to help or even respond to customer queries. You lose your dignity as a customer when asking for help. A robot would do a better job.

Good prices and quality fuel. Pity about the customer service. The male service attendant doesn't even greet you, yet when a female customer is behind you, he comes alive, how are you".

Staff are polite, few parkings are easy for quick visit of the store. However, it can be tricky to get petrol at busy time.

The female staff is very rude in the morning. Not exactly you would Expect service to the customer to be that way. No smile and not very helpful. Save your time and get what you need and get off from the place as soon as you can.

Very rude staff, this is one of the worst customer service ever the guy in store on wednesday 21 august at 1: 45 am told us to leave the store as soon as possible and he said he has lots of work to do. I dont know how to make iced coffee so i went to ask him and his reaction was this are you serious dont you want customers in your store.

Female staff very inexperienced. Didn't have a clue of what she was saying. Need to teach her to read the fine prints of the product being offered. Need to listen to customer's explanation rather than insisting she was right. 12 assorted krispy kreme doughnuts for $23. Written there clearly. $3.50 doughnuts not part of the offer, has to be charged individually. That's the fine print written. No writing about 12 mix assorted = 5 assorted + 7 glazed. Manager stood there playing with his mobile phone rather than assisting his staff. Very poor service overall.

Too small, terrible acces. No diesel and quite expensive. The only good thing there is the Krispy Kreme donuts to be honest. Good for an emergency top up but wouldn't recommend it for regular use.

Terrible access with awkward positioning. Cant fill air, when someone else is fuelling. Rest all is good, quality fuel and descent store.

Always good fuel prices for the area.
Take care driving around and through as some people drive like mad!
