Best coffee in the area. Their bread is my favourite to toast. I go there for both regularly

It's 7-Eleven. What do you expect? Fuel that's cheaper if you use an app. Frozen drinks. Krispy Kream. Yeah. That's what you expect and that's what ya get. Newer store so it's still looking good.

The employees are very friendly and polite. They work extremely hard, there is plenty of stock and a wide range of foods available and it is sold quickly. The coffee is great, I like going there!

The morning staff are so friendly and personable. I really like the girl with the coloured hair. She’s so lovely! Yummy doughnuts and coffee!

Terrible customer service, too busy worried about talking to other customers and her collegues then service people waiting to pay for their petrol. Their prices are always a rip off too.

Early this morning 0030,21/4, I attended this servo. I had been waiting hours at the new Maitland Hospital Emergency unit. The new unit does not have coffee/tea facilities (unbelievable.) You servo attendant on duty went to great lengths to make the beverages for my wife and self, plus snacks to tide us over, as the hospital wait time blew out to 7 hours. Please convey out heartfelt thanks for a job well done.

Staff are great, prices are cheapest in the area and with the app you can't beat them. Always clean, fresh food and personable staff, special shout out to Nikki! Her friendly persona makes this place worth going to

Very over priced. Not many go in there so I am concerned about fuel stagnation. Local word is avoid this servo. I will try em maybe after the hospital opens.

I highly recommend everyone steer clear of this service station!
Back on the 13th of February, I fuelled up my 4wd with their 'special Diesel'. I got roughly 10klm down the road and a warning light came up on my dash. The car then started to run really rough. I pulled over and it stalled. Upon looking in the owner's manual, it was due to 'excessive water in fuel system'.
I had to get my car floated home. I contacted 711 straight away, they said they'd send someone to the service station to test the fuel and would be in contact with me soon.
I heard nothing the next day so I sent them an email on the 15th asking what was happening, as it was the email the original consultant gave me back on the 13th.
On the 15th I recieved an email with my 'claim' number, but no word on what they found at the site.
Then I recieved an email saying that 7-11 has closed my case and referred me off to their insurer Proclaim.
I've since been in touch with Proclaim trying to get my car repaired. I've had two report's from separate mechanic's stating that my fuel is contaminated with water and silt and that I need a fuel tank flush + clean, two new fuel filter's and 4 new injectors, totalling over $4,000.
It's been nearly 2 months now and I STILL haven't got a response from proclaim.
I need my car to take my kid's too and from the westmead children's hospital, which I have told both 7-11 and their insurer, but it seems to be falling on deaf ears.

I have a 2013 model car that needs all this work done because of THEIR DIRTY FUEL!

Please be cautious so you don't end up stuck like me!
Take the time and go somewhere else for your fuel!
Just because it's a shiny new service station, doesn't mean it's safe, look at what I'm going through.

However, the 4 pack of krispy creme donuts was lovely and fresh, so I guess that's the only positive.
