I would have to say their coffee is better than maccaffe & Metro petrol station.

They also have fantastic deals like Coles express & certainly better than the rubbish EG Ampol, Metro petrol station & beyond petroleum.

Multiple times the staff have not added the app discounts to the purchase after scanning the membership card.

Well stocked. 3 amazing coffee machines so quick to get my coffee and hot food too. 7-eleven app good for petrol discounts.

At 5: 20 tonight the person at the counter thought it would be a good idea to start watching YouTube videos literally in the middle of our transaction, after scanning my items and completely forgot he was serving someone. I stood there for a full minute before realising he forgot I was there then asking him what he was doing and if I could pay already. Worst customer service I've ever seen, I would sack any employee on the spot for this incompetence.

Be aware, very tricky service station, they will rip you off if you buy Tyrell chips before 12 midnight.

They advertise it as $2 each, they charged my $9 without me realising as I bought other stuff and when I went back to ask them why they said fine print only for after 12 midnight.

Love coming here especially with the kids after school for slushies. It can get very busy, however it's a good 7/11. Staff are friendly and you never have to wait too long for petrol or anything you might need in-store

During the daytime this place is great and the staff are nice, helpful and courtious.

At night it's completely different. The lone staff member is hiding somewhere at the back of the store. You have to wait for them to start the pump and beeps at them so they know to activate it. If you're coming for anything else, expect to bang on the door for them to hear you.

One time I refuelled at night and couldn't be given a receipt because they skip it or something. Usually not an issue when asking afterwards.

Air pump has seen better days. The BP down the road still has a good and unbroken tip.

Most rewards in their app can be found here if you come after midnight. Mostly all gone by the 8AM.

My husband loves 7 eleven coffee! I am giving you 5 stars because your coffee kick starts my husband's day and he's always happy with it! L XD oh and your customer service is great. Keep up the great work!

It's just a suburban store but they are really friendly and helpful. The store is well air conditioned which, especially today is very welcomed. Nice and clean, well stocked. What more could you ask for.

The machine charged me $35,75 but they charged more

7-Eleven can you guys Double check with
petrol pump second last I think number 5. We've been charged air NO petrol comes through pump from start. Not happy at all

There is no toilet for customer use in here.
The guy name Hari said that. I never come to this 7eleven again in the rest of my life.

00 out of 100.i went there i got free bread voucher and she told me she can't give me free bread why? Because her boss not allowed to use that voucher! I will never go on this station any more they need more training!

Rude and unfriendly staff don’t even know the basics of customer service
Very unpleasant experience staff need to go thru proper training how to treat customers

Previously use to hate this place but changed my mind now they keep it nice and tidy even staff here is friendly now good going
