7-Eleven Lithgow

Helpful guy who was running the store yesterday afternoon. He guided me to use the features of 7 eleven app. Was polite, gentle and smiling.

Great service and decent fuel but to cramped in and not big enough for larger vehicles And the road going beside into the maccas car park needs a sign saying two way road as I have seen some accidents there and nearly been hit myself overall great service from the workers and great fuel just needs to be more space

Never reviewed a service station but this one deserves recognition. The bloke working the counter on 11 July was a legend. Place was clean and the fuel made my car go vroom vroom. 5 stars, would recommend.

It’s easy to get into the drive thru, I go here to refill my car here always thanks to it’s Fuel Lock initiative which allows me to get a price cheaper than any other of the local petrol stations, I save 10-15 cents on average and also every 6 times I visit the store, I get a free snack which is lovely and another really great thing is the fact you can earn velocity points at no extra costs, and with the amount of petrol I purchase, I am literally getting myself a free flight to the Gold Coast? ! The great part about here is that it’s 24/7, I can go in at any time I want, so with all those added benefits, 7-Eleven is the best Petrol Station in my opinion, well at least this one in particular!

The place is clean, including the outside. The snacks are great at decent prices.

Staff are friendly and do everything efficiently, they are also very helpful.

Really love this 711. The store manager and staff are so helpful. Always amazing service. One lady who has served me many times at 711 is Chantal. She's always so pleasant and always with a kind word.

I was disappointed yesterday in store. I was getting slurpies and over heard this old man asking if he can try and see if he had $1 dollar in his account for a slurpie but it declined, seriously what is $1 dollar behind the counter for this old man. I turned around but he was gone. My partner said he saw him walking back towards Macca's way so I ran back inside and bought another large slurpie and I went and found him. He was so thankful. Other than that 7 eleven was clean and tidy.

The food is clean, atmosphere is nice, there's parking, you can fill up your car with petrol, nothing wrong with 7-Eleven.

Rang 711 to ask for prices on stuff and the young guy said they can't give prices out over the phone. I have chronic pain n don't feel up to going in town but seems I will now since they refuse to give prices on what I asked for.will limit how often I go there now.

Difficult times, I hope this info. Helps & prevents further stress & personal embarrassment in which this chosen action may cause.

I was overcharged and made to stand around for 10 to 15 minutes while they try to look at the cctv.
This would not happen if they were doing there job properly. Made me feel like I was taking advantage of an opportunity all over 5 dollars. Will be showing the girl the amount of the note before I give it to her in the future.

Best 7/11 ive ever been to. Realy nice service. Realy clean everything. Wide range of relevent products that are well displayed and stocked. Exelant staff!

The owner is a legend. He has very high standards for the presentation of the store and is extremely good with people. He remembers so much about his recurring customers.

The fuel prices are always the best in town, and they are nearly always stocked with the advertised 7/11 lunch foods etc.

The employees are often high quality also, and I've known of a few of them personally before working there, and they weren't exactly ideal candidates for retail, but he has done a great job with them. If I had teenage kids looking for work I'd be begging him to employ them so that they can learn how to run a business and treat customers.

Allways clean and tidy there on visiting 7-Eleven Lithgow NSW. The New Owner holds Impeccable Standards for Service and Cleanliness. You can access 7-eleven from main highway as your entering lighgow or from the McDonalds carpark along the fence and behind the building to the forecourt to fill up fuel or park to buy something in the conveniance store like drinks, milk, hot food, snacks, essentials, sweets and much more.
And the owner has been previously a Regional Manager for Mobil Quix Retail and recently Regional Manager for 7-Eleven but now owns and operates 7-Eleven Lithgow with great appreciation for his team and customers.

Wow! I haven't seen so clean servo in my life and picture frames in washroom unbelievable, and excellent service. Keep it up guys.

Clean store, handy location and the only place to buy Krispy Kreme donuts in Lithgow. I don't understand how one employee, "K. F-B. " got a job there though when he was stealing from Lithgow City Council stores for a couple of years.

This is the best 7-Eleven store I've been to. The owner who is an x regional manager for the franchise has purchased his own store and keeps it immaculate. It is so clean and the staff are absolutely brilliant. Owner holds an extremely high standard.

Finally a fuel retailer that has seem to have broken the high Lithgow fuel price that Woolworths and Coles have maintained for years. I could never understand why the fuel was more expensive than yetholm or Bathurst when the same truck drives through town.
You can also grab a coffee or Slurpee at a reasonable price while your there it's great!
The staff are always helpfull and friendly.
