My mum filled up her car, went inside, bought a drink, paid and left. To her surprise the POLICE, show up at her house the next night and she was accused of not paying for her fuel. Her partner went in the next day to pay for this so called stolen fuel, only to find out it was less than $50. My mum, knowing it costs more than $50 to fill up a car, checks her statements to find she DID in fact pay for her fuel and has now paid for someone else’s who actually didn’t pay!
She got a refund for the second persons fuel but no apology. What an absolute waste of police time and resources. Absolutely shameful behaviour from this business who are clearly incapable of due diligence, let alone be left to run a shift at a petrol station.

Very bad Scamming petrol station. Do not pump 98 premium unleaded here as it's not even 98 Octane fuel. Probably mixed with Kerosene and charged me 98 premium for it.
The dumb nippy woman behind the counter has bad customer service. She definitely has below average IQ and always try to upsell her customers to buy chocolates and whatever. Not coming back!

Be aware and people please be very careful while paying your bills…i went to get $2 large coffee on June10,2021.and as i saw winter cap over there on hanger…was planning to get yello winter cap but there was no prize tag on it.and i asked recipients to check the price and he said $18.50 and i said i’ll take it later…but after getting out from there he was over charging me $18.50 xtra money…the next day i checked my transaction and i was surprised…but next day i went and said to him but couldn’t get help for there.so
plz check your bills while tapping on counter…

One of the best 711 station, very clean & very bright & large space, have many clean car park also.

Conveniently located on the Pacific Highway near my place. Mid-priced petrol and not exorbitant even though the place is located in the lower north shore. I filled up and was even offered a free coffee by the friendly attendant.
Also you can buy Opal cards here and there are Amazon storage lockers.
My only criticism is that they should trim off the branch that overhangs and obscures their sign, that's on the Pacific Highway.

Disgraceful. The guys here don't want to work. Won't let you into shop, wouldn't put milk in coffee machines (2 staff, 2 machines dry, and when asked if they could fix it just ignored me. 12 am, nobody else there.) Put the out of order signs on the toilets EVERY NIGHT (they're ok every day.)
If your staff don't want to work, shut the doors and save the wages you're wasting on these clowns.
We WERE filling our work fleet here 3 nights a week per vehicle. NEVER AGAIN! Any other servo is better than this place.

We filled up and a passenger in our car went to pay and the teller said he is still filling up. My husband then went in to buy 2 x cokes and was charged for the diesel again. He couldn't find it on the pump so used 2 different pumps to add it up to the same amount. He knew the diesel was paid. Then we tried to get it back on the card and he was going to give cash. The cashier could of easily pocket the money.

Today, April 4, our car was broken down suddenly while my wife was driving it. It happened just a hundred meters behind and landed here. And it got stuck blocking half of entrance drive way unfortunately.
My wife speaks only poor English and I had to assisted her over the phone from my office. My occupation is customer support but it’s been one of most difficult incident for me. In such situation, Frank and Daniel, owner of the shop and the staff here, gave us huge help kindly and friendly. Surprisingly, the customers there also joined helping us in spite of their trouble because of us. It is great hospitality we have ever experienced since coming to this city from Tokyo. My wife was relieved from getting too nervous by all of them. I really like such place where good people gathers.

I was the only customer there and I had to wait an extended time for the petrol pump to be cleared so I could use it. I then needed water and all the water cans are empty. When I went in to pay for petrol there wasn't any service I had to call out to the woman to serve me. I saw that she was on the computer. I told her that all the water cans were empty she told me that if I wanted water that the tap was on the side.
Customer service less than poor, shop stinks of offensive body odour, bad attitude from lazy woman.
Try not to go there.
Killara 7 11 is a few kilometres up the road.

Worst Staff ever seen.no respect for customers.store is always messed up. Above all fuel quality is low as my car started giving problems when filled from here for two weeks. Avoid!

I stop here every other week to get petrol. Pumps are always fast, service is nice and inside store seems to have all the regular items to pick up.
