I reached out to 7-Eleven customer service after a staff member yelled at my wife and my child due to a staff mistake - the staff overcharged her then got angry because his cash till would be out. Ranju from customer service responded quickly, confirming the issue was investigated and addressed with the store manager and staff. However, I didn't receive an apology for the incident, which was disappointing. It's good they're taking steps to improve, but acknowledging the mistake with an apology would have been appreciated.

Extremely rude customer service. Lazy to serve even on a quiet day. No manners, no respect. A person named Harshal will even abuse you for no reason. Very bad training, very bad service.
Today at 12: 05 a female attendant made us wait 10- 15mins, no where to be seen. I come here every night after work.she is very very rude and even swears at customers. I was here the week before and witnessed four people came for petrol, she did not answer so all four drivers left.bad experience bad for business
Today we wait for 10-15 mint 12: 30am no one open the gate even no one inside …very bad experience
Toilet is usually clean, today it wasn't.
There was urine all over the inside seat,
lid and over the floor towards doorway.
The coffee station and other areas were
clean.
Bad car wash doesn't even look like water touched back of car and window won't be going there again
Visited the store on 25 April around 12.45 pm. Picked up Chicken leak pie. No time stamp on pie. When asked staff why not. Answer was take it or leave it. Asked for staff name as no name badge. Said his name is John but he could be any one but JOHN. Poor service. Arrogant and rude behavior. Very unprofessional attitude. I hope he is not owner or owner son or relative. Not visiting again.
I was supposed to buy $50 iTunes gift card I mistake walked out and bought a $50 Google play gift card and walk back in with my receipt and trying to swap it for the iTunes $50 gift card but the man behind the counter said nothing we can do not happy hope they can swap it all I have to go to consumer affairs but this if they don't resolve it
Don't buy from 7-11 there price are outrageous they wanted $34 for a packet of cigarettes I refused to pay that price and drive 5 minutes down the road to the supermarket and paid $26 thats a saving of $8 do that 3 times and you almost have enough to buy an extra pack boycott 7-11 and save heaps. Even my local BP only charges $27.50
