7-Eleven Church St

I’m a huge fan of 7-Eleven slurpees but every time I try and get one from here the machines are not working. I have no idea why they can’t seem to keep them working but it is very disappointing.

Stuff is always wonderful at this particular 7-Eleven friendly, helpful and they even give free coffee out to the homeless.

Tiny little shop but every inch of the space is filled up with treats and emergency groceries for when the supermarket is shut. Three coffee machines and all working. 7/11 was usually my go to place for a cuppa and a glazed doughnut.

The sales assistant has such an attitude problem. Wasn’t interested in attending to anyone and had his AirPods on the entire time. Owner of this 7/11 must really have a proper orientation with his staff. This particular staff is really not helping your business

Bad customer service here, not the man in the cashier, but the one stocking the items this early morning

His behavior was really scared when he kept throwing the sandwiches line and asking me which one I wanted to take. I didn’t even need his help

Last night I went to this 7-Eleven and asked if they can change my $50 note, the Indian guy behind the counter said no then I grabbed a KitKat and said: can I buy this? The Indian guy said no because I don't have change for your $50 note, long story short he forced me to buy 2 KitKat instead of only 1! He clearly was trying to be smart and he thinks Australia is like Mumbai or somewhere! I like 7-Eleven, celebrities like Snoop Dogg been advertising it! They shouldn't put a cheap guy like him behind the counter!
I know I should have just bought a KitKat or something at the first place, he used the situation and trying to sell as much as he can.

Small but well stocked, and conveniently located. Three coffee machines. Friendly staff. Front door is a bit heavy, but worth the push for the wonderland of treats within.

Listen up, every single one of youse have lied to me about the slushee machine.this is a serious matter because I walk to your shop every day to check because YOU told me it would be open. This makes me depressed, my 13th reason. This must be fixed by the end of the week OR you have lost my loyalty. Not happy, anyways apart from that ok service and like of expensive

First time in 7eleven and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with terrible food. The coffee will kill you. IT WAS FIRE! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again for round 2. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience it was like being at the Kwik-E-Mart. It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. This place is great! Atmosphere is dull and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about ask them anything about behind the counter smokes and they got you and or their expired hotdogs and you can tell making the customers unhappy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some American classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it because it's so cheap you could get sick.

Worst Customer service experience ever, no greeting that's fine at least have the curtesy to reply asked three times how you doing but the person completely ignored the existence of people in the store scan pay and get the hell out of here attitude

I've been here often in the early hours on my way home. Staff are always friendly and have even helped me after a random guy followed me in the store and was asking me for money.
Prices are normal for a convenience store. Good cheap pies and sandwiches.
Only real negative, is the floor near the coffee machines is always filthy.

Very dirty, cheating. Worst customer service. All out scam. With covid19 the door handles and common contacts are very dirty.
Afraid to touch door handles.
Asked for battery. Too expensive. Cheaper at k-mart. 5 times the price at shop.

Its a convenient store opened 24/7 but, always be wary as there are alot of junkies nearby the entrance and area. It seems to always attract trouble.

Food is horrible. The only exception being the donuts which taste decent.
The door is super heavy and hard to open. Wish they could fix this.

Most of the time pretty good, nice friendly staff who will enjoy having a joke with you at whatever ridiculous hour you choose to stop in.

Poor service! Not accepting my voucher which clearly says expiring in end of May. And I use that voucher everywhere.

Poor customer service. Even though it is so cheap I was charged for two ice coffee's after accidentally dropping the ice whilst opening it. They also keep the Equal behind the counter like it's gold or something.

Staff name: USMAN, arrogant and RACIST, me and my friend had two 7 eleven barcodes for 7-eleven banana. As it was difficult to park the car there, I gave the of my barcode to my friend and told to bring. She first showed the screenshot which‘s mine and he scanned it and after she showing her barcode. He was not scanning, so I went inside and was try to explain the scenario that we two people have two different barcodes from our respective 7 eleven apps. But he was so week in understanding how it works and on top of that he was rude, mean and shouting on me that I can’t serve you, if you want to give complain on me (as if he’s doing right) you can give, my name is USMAAN IN ARROGANT, RUDE AND MEAN VOICE (TONE) and bla bla blah. I was in Australia over 5 years and went to many other 7 eleven stores but this is the first 7 eleven store I ever had this kind of inappropriate and very ugly experience which is RUDE, MEAN, ARROGANT AND RACIST. This 7 eleven store owner should consider his store to be with good staff and they should train their staff properly regarding the app and barcode. Don’t know whether just staff is not learning properly or training wasn’t good.
SHOULD CONSIDER THIS ISSUE.

Today at around 6pm, I went to purchase ciggs and coffee. When I asked for ciggs, staff behaved arrogantly explaining me, do u understand me, what u looking for. Woo scared to go again, this was second time I had this experience, same person
