7-Eleven Charlestown reviews
8Best 7/11, I go multiple times a week, it's the only one i use now as I always have a great experience. Lovely staff, both the owner and workers are always pleasant and polite. Store is always well kept.
Lady on counter always rude. Might be she is owner. Improve Ur customer service.
Worse experience, Worse service
I had a negative experience in regards to vision impairment and inclusiveness by the store. I explained calmly to the staff member I could not see items through the glass and denied me access to inside the store.
It's hard enough with a vision impairment, I wish bussiness was more inclusive.
Went in last Sunday evening to get a chocolate ice-cream and Slurpee, late. Proceeded to get a raspberry Slurpee, and it splattered soft drink everywhere and ceased.
Lady who works there (who I believe run's it) - told me on tipping the cordial out, that I would have to pay for it. She then told me to wait, and reset the machine.
There was no (out of order) sign and then still expected $1 for fizzy wasted, which wasn't a solid product.
There is scrupulous, and then there is greedy.

Personally, this has to be the worst
7 Eleven Store in NSW.
From working here for 3 + years I have recently quit as I have had just found out that paying for other people’s fuel that they have ran off with was illegal. My manager would tell me that I would have to pay for their mistakes or I will get terminated.
This happened near every month. With over $560.00 in Fuel Transactions from my own hard-worked cash, I would have to pay for everyone fuel they have drove off with.
Not to mention there we’re no breaks when I was working 8 hours a shift.
I was getting paid incorrectly.
I was getting abused & mistreated by my own boss and manager.
I hated seeing how my own manager and boss would treat other staff and especially customers.
There is just so much I could go on about this store, but I know it’s best to just leave this with a one-star rating. This doesn’t even deserve a single star.disgusted.
My friend worked nightshift here. He was ordered to reimburse his employer- for the money lost when thieves stole fuel at night. Still ongoing. All about the dollar, customer service is fake and non existant
