8 They don't understand there own in-store promotions so you don't end up taking advantage of them.
Every time you go to pay at the counter the person behind the counter is on the phone chatting away instead of serving me. Maybe that is why they don't understand there promotios
I wanted to fill the fuel, have a coffee and morning breakfast.
No Toilet!
When you ask staff advise to go to Bunnings!
He said he can't open door of his toilet.
I just went to next Coles service station and it was perfect.
Rude customer service. Went to buy a regular coffee long black with an extra shot, the cashier insisted that I added 2 extra shots and wanting to charge $2 separately for each shot, basically calling me a liar then arguing about why I was surprised by his rules, how rude! Where in Australia do you get charged $2 for an extra shot of coffee, let alone in petrol stations when the machine coffee price is based on cup size only… next time write on the machine the price for extra shots if you want to charge them separately and don't make your own rules and force them on customers… never going back to Seven Eleven and sticking with Shell/Coles…
The lady at the front counter was rude. She didn't reach for my money but made me lean in to her very far. There were no pies or sausage rolls ready and no good slurpee flavours ready.
I’ve waited 15 minutes for the staff to open the door, he is a skinny male with glasses and short hair! Customer service was rubbish
Rude staff who didn’t know how to operate the petrol equipment. The pump stopped before my tank was full and they couldn’t help.
