Very rude customer service the Asian lady working 19/12,15: 40 pm, wanted to charge me extra for a bag of honeycomb chocolates, even though the price tag said the cheaper value instead of having the courtesy to explain the price difference/increase or to honour it she decided to be very rude and this is not the first time she is very rude towards customers like don’t care about anything at all and she’s very dismissive too, rude rude rude

Worst convenience store experience and ATM machine. The attitude towards customers very bad. And the ATM machine screen functions are not working properly very hard to operate.

Asian lady wearing mask all the time, is really ridiculous and improper and rude behaviour everytime I visit this store. She denied assisting me with specific products. She Never greet customers or responding to the greetings. Management should sack her.

Worst costumer experience ever. Won't even honour the app promotions so don't bother checking those out. The store manager is super rude and makes you want to shop anywhere else.

Absolutely appalling. Won’t let consumers in? Seven 11 this is not on. Please employ staff who put there customers first. This lady definitely doesn’t.

I visited 7 eleven this store today and the customer representative called Tracy Asian lady, she was very rude and aggressive with customers which is not 7 eleven customer service standard. They need some nice staff who can welcome and greet customers in a professional manner. Her attitude was ridiculous.

7/11 Camperdown on Missenden Rd is a lifeline for students studying late as well as a convenient option for visitors and staff at the nearby RPA Hospital. It is consistently buzzing during lunch hours on weekdays. The volume of service it provides is plain to see.

Their KK donuts are so cold I could use it to transport blood specimens to the lab! While the sign says $2 special; you will be charge at $2.75. And the donuts are not even fresh!

Quite disappointed in the service I received here. Could've been worse but I felt thoroughly undervalued as a customer. Nobody was anywhere to be seen when I wanted to come in at first, which almost made me think they were closed. When the cashier did appear, he seemed not to care and carried on with his boxes before letting myself and three others into the store. I was after a sausage roll and saw a sign for 2 for $6.50 on the warmer so I picked two to take with me. It turned out the deal was only for slow cooked pies or some drink varieties, which was explained to me so poorly by the cashier I tried to clarify it with that I took multiple trips back and forth to confirm, without the cashier really caring if I got what I wanted at all. I don't think I'll be coming back here.

It is such a shame that Opal would let 7-eleven handle their card reloading. It is one of the most expensive stores I have ever seen, open 24/7 to take your money when you have no choice. Charging 3$ for a bar of chocolate. I would never walk into this place unless it is to buy an opal card, that’s all!

Not too friendly
I gave to voucher for juice smoothie but their system not working or that guy does want to give me on discount price. It’s happened with me few times on this store.

This is a bland slightly overpriced generic convenience store whose beauty and charm lie in its location and 24/7 trading hours. Immediately next door to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital it is commonplace to encounter customers attached to drips, using wheelchairs and battling various ailments. Frequently you encounter family groups treating an unwell or injured loved one to treats or acquiring personal care necessities. If you are having a bad day this is where you will encounter others whose challenges make you realise you are actually having a better day than you realised. I've always found the staff here to be charmingly polite including when the store is busy.

This store used to be owned by The Indians and overnight The Chinese bought it out. During the day they only have one staff member on and she is constantly running around between the register and the shelves like a person possessed.

The customer service is pretty poor, no "Hi how are you? " or "Thanks", they just say the total amount with a blank expression and stick their hand out.

Great if you're visiting or waiting at hospital and need something. Have a range of basic supplies and food that come in handy.

Bad product. Bad customer service.

Just bought a pack of Scotch Finger Chocolate.
Opened pack, all biscuits glued together and the chocolate was white coated (product was obviously heat damaged).

Brought pack back to store and was told by a talented young man that there is nothing wrong with the product.

Demanded refund. He had to ring his manager, then I had to talk to his manager. After lots of complaining in a language that I don't understand he refunded me the product.

Took the $5.50 and bought the same product for $2 less 50m down the road. Product was good (as it should be).

Don't except bad products, especially when so overpriced.
Seven Eleven - never ever.
