7-Eleven Blacktown East

They never clean the coffee machines and bins on regular basis. I have been here 5 times and always see mosquitoes and flies around the coffee machines.

Went there on Sunday morning 9/7/23 to grab a coffee, the man working there was very rude and questioned why I used to cups for my coffee, I explained it’s because my coffee is hot and it makes it easier to hold with 2 as any cafe would serve long black the same way, I’m never going back there again, horrible customer service, rude staff

Bad customer service one of the workers have no respect would not recommend going went a second day same guy at counter no respect again very rude would not recommend this 7 11 the staff are terrible

Handy store in handy location near St Martins Village. Given its location at a major intersection is is rather easy to get in and out of.

I made a call to check if they Autogas available, staff was unable to convey that it's out of stock and hang up on me.
Poor customer service

This is one of nice 7-11 where i stop on my way back to home. I purchase coffee and egg and lettuce sandwiches was very fresh tasted good. There are not many carparks for the customer.the customer service are nice. Water and air pumps choice of drinks and food.

The service from tonight's night staff, just extraordinary kindness, especially during times like these really restores faith in humanity!

Coffee and snacks up to standard for a 7-Eleven. Rude store attendant. Needs to learn some customer service skills.

Just went there for quick fill up, gave him $50 and 20 cent so he can give back change, he was so rude threw that 20 cents straight in the bin, so rude never expected that

Guys working there must hate their job or the owner just hire people with worst communication and customer service skills.

90% of the time I’m there and the staff is always cleaning and filling the shelves. That’s a good thing but don’t bloody do it while 3 to 5 customers are waiting to pay at the counter!
Do it in off peak hours, people are running late because of you!
Another thing is not to clean the bench of the coffee machine WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE MAKING COFFEE! You’re just in the way again!

It’s good to know that the place is clean but please be considerate of the customers who just wants to get a quick coffee, quick petrol or quick snacks.
Yes, people sometimes just wants to get in and out quickly and making them wait is bad for business even if you’re the owner of that franchise.

How can this place have bad reviews, most friendly staff ever I seen in 7-eleven I think people doing bad reviews need to check thier mental health and better see a doctor as soon as possible)

This is the best 7-Eleven store anywhere! Awesome staff, friendly and extremely helpful, dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Thanks Ali for always starting my day with a great coffee and a smile! You guys are wonderful!

Terrible service, staff their are horribly rude. I made a hot chocolate and the machine put the wrong liquid in my drink so I chucked it in the bin.the worker took the drink out of the bin and had a go at me

Pathetic. They would not let me charge my completely flat electric car on the side carpark wall. I was stuck and offered money. But they did not help me. Hopeless! No compassion at all
