I went there for petrol and coffee and there was alots of masketos
When i asked the staff to clean it he told me he love masketos.
Unbelievable.

Really poor coffee mostly milk i told them and they were angry on me. And asked me to leave feedback. Amaingly worst customer service. No temparent to listen to customer complaint and saying we have been selling this coffee for 2 years and its a great coffe. Starting a day with bad coffee and poor customer service makes your day bad. Disappointed. Feel free to hv a look at pic

The man that was working the afternoon shift tonight is a horrible man, I am pregnant and was also holding my 1 year old daughter went in not knowing they don't provide bathrooms and was extremely desperate he laughed in my face and said no and told me to get out, I have now read reviews and noticed other reviews and seen this man has even physically abused people, 7 eleven needs to remove him, I will never shop at another 7 eleven if they think that workers like this are acceptable, i actually feel very unsafe.

Best service station in the area. Very friendly staff and a very clean store. Definitely would recommend going to this service station.

The person at the counter threw sauce at me instead of placing on the counter. Very rude behaviour. When I complained he replied “do you want me to put it in your pocket? ”

I visited because I had a question. The staff was very good at handling the customers, and the managers and employees were always friendly. I was very impressed.

Stopped to get a bite to eat, good variety of sandwiches, abd donuts also other hot foods, also self serve coffee's starting from $1, etc. The service was very friendly corteous and professional.

Unprofessional behavior
The console operator (night shift) doesn't know how to greet to the customer. He was eating chewing gum while serving customers. Mate, if you really wanna work in the servo learn first customer service skills and not showing the attitude to others.

Very good slushie for my tummy.not capping they give free slushies to you if you say the n word to them

Similar to other reviews below, a staff member I had a single awful experience with has ensured that I won't be promoting this location ever again. He was disrespectful and yelling via the speaker at me repeatedly. He was blatantly fighting with me in store as well, despite there being a queue. The most shocking part was that he refused to give me any contact online or in-store where I could make a complaint.

I visited petrol station last night around 9 pm, to get fuel, there it was saying prepay I visited the counter and paid for $40 fuel in advance. I filled the fuel and was about to drive then guy at the counter waved at me I went inside he said why you are running without paying, I said I already paid in advance for the fuel what more you asking for. He said you paid $40 in advance and filled fuel for $43 and you are running away without paying extra $3. I was shocked by his attitude and faulty pre-paid system.the whole purpose of pre-paid system is you pay in advance as per need without worrying about any extra charges later.what if in this case someone doesn't have extra money? Anyhow I paid difference amount.when I asked the name of the guy serving at the counter because of his arrogant and disgusting attitude he rudely replied you my manager or what. I was shocked by their customer service.

Worst.
When i asked the man that there is no water to clean car windows. He answered “there is a tap. Fill up yourself”. Zero for customer service

TBH one of the best stores i have been to in Sydney, has the best customer service and also fresh stock.

WORST.if we come up with the deal from 7 eleven app they refuse to accept it.they try to avoid it.it happened with me couple of times.

Same as all other servic stations standard fuil with standard prices, a bit difficult to get to.
