I was standing in the front of door 1: 30am 15 July. The Staff is refilling fridge and refusing to open the gate.
Very upsetting
If do not want to open, please put close sign on the door or update your opening time please.
I stopped on the way to central station today 4June23 about 4pm.lady attendant was nice but I bought a cookie and I am on the train about to eat it and it shows best before 01June23. I will still eat it nut shouldn't have paid full price
I had a $5 Sausage roll which with 7-11 logo on it. It was very very very salty. Aside from that, service and shop hygiene was reasonable. Might be cause I only go into this 7-11 very early in the morning. It's near my work.i get breakfast there before work start.
Incompetent staff, poor English. 711 App offers didn't work and got charged full price. Don't bother giving an offer that you won't follow through with. Disappointed with service, will go else where.
Walked in and rude staff member refused to serve me cause he was cleaning! Why even open the store if you won't serve customers. Makes no sense! You should just shut down and not waste peoples time.
Rude inattentive argumentative staff. Messy and soiled coffee making area. Beware of their incorrect overcharging practice; always get a receipt before leaving and check your change given especially if you are from overseas. This little trick also taking place in Rome CBD in similar convenience stores with staff of similar appearances.
