6S PHYSIO Mingara

I’m so pleased that I went to 6S Physio Mingara.
They have exactly what I needed.
After having minor back surgery, I wanted a physio with access to a hydrotherapy pool.
I saw Bec who was professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly.
Bec designed a personalised plan for me. She printed it and even laminated it for me, so that I can have it with me, by the side of the pool.
Such great service!

Doing hydrotherapy here and it's very good. Not forced to do more than you can but to just start easy and start to build strength slowly.

Really friendly and inclusive team - they were sensitive to my needs as a disabled person while also pushing me that little bit extra to help figure out ways to regain mobility. I look forward to having them as part of my ongoing team!

Staff are always so friendly over the phone. I can highly recommend Emma grillo exercise physiologist. Emma helped me regain my confidence with exercise thats suitable for me with my back injury recovery. I travel from erina to mingara and it is so worth it! Thankyou Emma your a gem!

6s is the go-to clinic for physio and remedial massages on the Central Coast. They’re always very professional, friendly and top notch quality service. Worth every dollar spent for effective treatment.

Aimee is great for acupuncturist. I found her care priceless when it came to my pregnancy and pain relief. Cannot comment on other staff but they seemed nice and have regular customers.

First time going to a physio in my life, didn't know what to expect but was in an immense amount of pain due to a neck/shoulder issue. WOW, very professional, identified the issue and after just one treatment I noticed a significant difference. Was advised on what I could do at home to expedite the recovery process and overall I am very happy with every aspect of my visit. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic and in particular James, the physiotherapist that treated me.

Attended Umina Beach rooms. Treatment given and self treatment options discussed with review appointment made. Physiotherapist appeared interested and keen to help. Would recommend.
