Food was ok overall, although lettuce was not fresh.

Staff were all too rude, throwing dishes on the table, not welcoming, no smile. None of staff serving food or at counter smiled and did not hear them saying a word “thank you”.

Services are good, foods quality and variaties are on top of Sydney Korean BBQ shops.

But this new shop is way too small, seat squeezed and the table is unable to fit all our dishes.

All the side dishes and steamed eggs are compliment and very nice. The beef ribs and spicy pork belly are my favorite. Don't recommend the premium beef, quality does not match its price.

The food came out quickly, and these guys are so efficient. The table with all the cutlery and ban cha was already there, same with water and cups. But you really got to book otherwise there’s a queue which we saw waiting at the entrance street we were done. The quality of the meat was evident, it was fairly expensive. We ended up paying about 80pp, but we were stuffed. The pancake was great and I enjoyed the bancha. The little placemat which told you how to eat it was thoughtful. Definitely get the egg soup!

This was my first try of a Korean BBQ and I’ve got to say I’m hooked. Definitely a hidden gem don’t let the entrance fool you this is the place to be.

I first discovered 678 Korean BBQ restaurant and in 2018 and was flown away by the superior food quality and quick service. The price is slightly more expensive in comparison with other KBBQ restaurants but I think it’s totally worth it.

Once you get seated, just tick off your orders in the provided menu set. Your food will come promptly. I love their bbq meat, so tender, juicy, and full of flavours. There are instructions to wrap the meat as well. The other items I’d recommend to you are stews and old school lunch box. Come by lunchtime if you fancy a bowl of bibimbap.

The only downside is noise when the restaurant gets very busy.

Really good bbq and premium wagyu was definitely worth the extra price. Also great choice of sidedishes that are thankfully unlimited

Favourite place for Wagyu BBQ. Sometimes they run out of stock of the popular ones. Busy vibe but you go for the food. Service has improved alot lately, much nicer staff now. Love this place so will continue to come anyway!

Good quality food. Kind of no nonsense set-up. You aren't going there for interactive staff service. It is all about the meat.

I would love to give this place a 5 star because the food was great. Staff members are quit rude and arrogant, yes they make fun of costumers in their language! Surprise! I understood.

The website says they close at 12, i arrived there at 10.10pm and was refused to be seated as he advised they stop taking orders at 10.30pm. He still would not let me order even though it was 10.10. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful especially the gentlemen at the counter. I would not advise anyone to eat here as the staff Attidude is extremely poor, rude and disrespectful.

Food was good but the staff was dismissive and rushed us for our orders we ordered a soju and a can of coke and the staff kept looking at us as if we were stupid. There are better KBBQ places.

Addictive bbq. Very delicious meat, great variety, tasty bbq options and pricy. The charcoal delivered perfect heat to cook the beautiful slices of meat. The plain cuts were fresh and full of flavours. I enjoyed the marinated options as well as the au natural cuts. The place was very busy on Saturday night and booking is definitely handy to avoid any disappointment. Seafood pancake was definitely worthy to accompany your meal.

This place get one star as i can't give them a zero. They were very unhelpful and almost rude to me when trying to get a high chair for my 16month old. Every other dish we tried to order was not available. We were not given a menu to even look at what was available before they had already served food to the table. We then felt obliged to eat. Food was lacking, and not what was on the description on the menu. We left unsatisfied and not wanting to go back.

Staff were extremely kind and service was quick. Food was amazing and to a high quality 100% recommend coming here!

Decent Korean BBQ place, can be quite busy at peak hours. There are a few comparable Korean restaurants nearby as well.

If I could give this place a 0 i definitely would. Their customer service was the worst i have ever experienced and the food was average. They gave us the wrong order and expected us to pay for it. They also charged us for two extra sojus we did not order. A soju is 16$. We calmly said we did not eat the meat we did not order and he furiously got the meat grill and aggressively chucked it into the bin right in front of us. You guys seriously need to fix your staff and if the guy who threw the meat was the manager.you need to fix your attitude. They also keep removing our reviews but I will keep typing it up because this was the worst experience! Completely ruined my night.

There's a tall oppa there that is so handsome and gentleman! He cook my meat for me and was very kind! Recommend! ️

One of the best KBBQ restaurants I've been to in Sydney! Great selection of meats, drinks and other dishes to choose from, with accomodating and quick service, plenty of sides, as well as a complimentary egg dish. I definitely recommend booking beforehand however as the wait for a table can take ages!
