5 Star Hand Car Wash and Cafe

Efficient fast and a complete clean. Cane in with bugs. All over from Melbourne. Left with not a single mark anywhere from the bugs.

I went to get my Tesla cleaned. They cleaned it to perfection. And their rates are reasonable too.
I tried lunch there and their food is amazing, reasonable price and fresh.

I would recommend any day

Very good services, my car is so clean after the hand wash. The owner even used wax to wipe off minor marks without any extra charge. I will definitely go back again.

Washed my motorbike, staff are friendly and the Cafe is alright.

If you are washing a motorbike, carwash area is pretty slippery be extra careful leaving the car wash.

Had done my car wash yesterday here and the wash and cleaning was not done properly. The wind shield dust and grease was intact and when asked the got a reply that for $50 how much can be expected. Never gonna return to this place and will not recommend to anyone.

I visited this place for the first time, for car wash and vacuum. It was $50 and they did a very good job on my sedan. I tried their coffee while waiting, and I really enjoyed it. Thiekra, the barista, made me a cappuccino with oat milk and no sugar, and it was one of the best that I have tried. I will definitely use their service again.

I have been coming here for about a year or so, the guys are good at what they do. The usual service I choose is inside & out cleaning and that's $50 for my hatchback.

There is a Cafe inside and seating, usually if not busy your car will be done within 20 minutes but if they are busy I have waited about an hour.

I normally go there since 2019, every times I got what I been waiting. Reasonably price with amazing finishing. Nice coffee while I watching my car washed. Thanks guys for amazing service.

Sit back and relax at the cafe while your car is getting cleaned or have a haircut/beard done. Like the service of 5 Star.

First of all I’m a young 26 year old woman who drives a small a class Mercedes it’s not a large car the size of a Yaris.
I showed up and asked for the bare minimum to be done interior, I mostly wanted my driver side done and and for the inside of the windshield cleaned. The wall of prices quotes “55$” for my sized and for the clean k wanted.

A man comes over to charge me and He goes "95$" and I was like excuse me

And he's like "your car is dirty" and I'm like "is that not the point of coming here cuz my cars dirty. No one comes to a car wash with a clean car" but to clarify my car was that dirty she needed a vacuum sure but that’s standard.

And he's like "you have loads of dog fur" and I was like "I don't even own a dog…. ”

He goes "75$"

So I walked him to the wall of prices and was like "explain the cost to me. Show me the logic"

And he points the big SUV size car and goes “this one cuz it’s dirty. ”

I stood my ground and said “does my car look like a SUV … it’s definitely not if your trying upgrade my package then upgrade it accordingly to the next one BUT WOTH THE ACCURATE CAR SIZE or don’t even price the damn wall

He looked at me and said $45

And I was like "fine whatever. ” I 100% felt I was taken advantage of and had I not stood up for my self I’d of been ripped off

The guys here always do an amazing job and usual pretty busy which is a good sign. A cafe on site where you can sit and wait in the air con or go outside on the large deck.

Very accomodating and thorough, my car hadn’t had a clean in a long while and these guys gave it tlc that it dearly needed. Thanks guy! You killed it

This is the best place to clean your car quickly and making it look presentable for 45-55 bucks.

If you want a 3 hour detail where every spec of dust is removed and every scratch polished, you are better off at a proper detailer because it aint happening for 50 odd bucks due to the sheer amount of cars waiting in line eveyday.

Summary: This is a good car WASH but not a good car DETAILING place.

Not even worth 1 star, horrible customer service. There was about 5 cars in front and before anything manager says its an hour and a half wait take it or leave it no sorry no nothing. Never go here terrible service

First time visit standard wash of exterior. Attention to detail is poor, 90min wait, tyre shine used is very runny by the time I got home it’s flicked all up the sides of the car and I’m only 2 minutes down the road. The three stars is for the price you get what you paid for $40 for a quick wash meaning the car was washed dried tyre shine in 15min but waited hour and a half for completion. If your fussy about your car this car wash is not for you.

If you want disappointing service and agressive sales people that tries to up sell you for services that you don't need and does an intentionally poor job if you don't accept this is the perfect place for you. Food at café extremely poor quality. Snack pack was so dry, meat was stale and look/tasted like it was cooked several times, chips dry and stale, basically cut up my mouth trying to eat a bite or two. Hotdog was so bad that it makes bunnings snags seem like a Michelin star worthy meal. Basically ended up throwing out everything after a bite because it was inedible.

Courteous and professional staff, the wait is worth it. I had the 5 star Car Wash, and I am impressed with the work. My car's exterior, interior and mats look amazing

Photo talks. It’s after washed. Not worthy for $50 service. Told the staff about the uncleaned area; he just took a look, said it cannot be cleaned by water and walked away.
