My work collegue advised me 5 star for building a granny flat. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are professional, knowlegable and helpful. The granny was built to really good quality. I have recently built my granny flat through 5Star Builders and am quite grateful for their work.

Can’t recommend the 5 star team enough. At the early stages of my planned project at my investment property, I engaged a number of different builders and Anthony and the team were the least pushy and by far most responsive and genuine. Going into the project I ran into complications with my site being in a major flood zone, however unlike other builders I engaged, the 5 star team were upfront and transparent about what was required and potential additional costs with the required DA approvals. As soon as we received council approval it was full steam ahead surprised at how quickly everything went up. Although the build is on piers, I’m glad that they were able to help me navigate the process, and the product looks great.

I had contacted 5 Stars Builders for my Granny Flat after I was not very happy with my discussions with a previous vendor.

I liked the to the point discussions, cost effective solutions and seamless delivery from both Anthony and Sarkis.

In fact there was a small modification requested in the floor plan mid way by me and they modified the structure with a smile with no re-negotiations. Not many people would do that. I bet on that.

They also helped me with a flexible milestone payment structure and had the patience (Anthony) to go through the various rounds of requests from my side.

Sarkis has a very good knowledge of the overall industry and they do advice beyond their duty of care for the customer's benefit.

Lastly I hardly had any worry during the build. It was seamless and very well managed by them. Many thanks again
