Stay away from this company.

Brought a new printer, had it for 2 hours before it stopped functioning. The dude who helped us was clueless, so he got another guy who was just arrogant and rude. Just like he was on the phone a day prior when he mumbled into the mic. Overspoke and didn’t listen to a word said

If you want a fast shipped product and a good price, buy here. If you want good customer service and a good shopping experience go somewhere else. I’m currently waiting 5-15 days, for my printer to be fixed. That’s more work on it then I’ve had to use it.

Would have rathered a refund, to buy elsewhere and start printing quicker then this. I will not be buying here again.

Update; They've had my printer since October. Issued me no date to come pick it up, accused me of being the reason why it's broken and won't do anything to fix it. I printed one thing before it broke. What an absolute joke of a company selling faulty items. They will not help you at all.

Reseller putting a massive markup on the products. Refused to price match even though they claim they have the best prices on their website. Very rude to deal with over the phone. I would avoid at all costs and buy from the manufacturers directly and save yourself money.

I placed an online order to be picked up from their warehouse but then received my order confirmation that it would be shipped to my home. I had to follow up with a phone call and was advised that it will be sent to the warehouse and that I would be notified once it was ready. Received a tracking number with my home address which was weird since it was suppose to be sent to their warehouse but luckily I would be home on the expected delivery day. Upon receiving the notification that it had been delivered but no ring on the doorbell, I followed up with a phone call only to be told that they received the package from the watehouse but didn't have my order. Definitely will not be ordering from 3DPO again.

Bit disappointed in 3D printers online. It took over 2 weeks for my order to be shipped out and was reassured that it was picked up when it took 4 days to actually show and be picked up. When the item arrived it wasn't packaged well and one of the prongs was bent. Would have been great if it was a little more organized or better communication in the company.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They are always happy for a chat and to give good advice.

If you love 3D Printing this is the shop to be. Different sizes and types of 3D Printers are available. Parts can also be found, but better call first and check stock before going. Various types of filaments but not the best price. Staff are very accomodating.

Extremely helpful knowledgeable staff. Staff were able to assist me in finding the right replacement printer for my current needs. Posted out same day as order. Would definitely use 3D Printers online again

Ordering was easy - website no problems. Dispatched within a day and arrived a few days later. No damage. Item worked straight out of the box.

Some of the worst customer service i have ever received, ive been trying to get a new feeding tube for my printer, i called September to get this fixed, they told me to submit a ticket and wait, i do so and they tell me to get this tubing and to do it myself if i cant in addition to the total of $62 i spent to get this tubing they will charge me an additional 20 to get it fixed by them, so i wait, 2 weeks pass and my order hasnt arrived, i call to check up why and they re assure me it will be sent in a couple of days, a month passes and i call up not only to find it was never sent but that the tubing they had recommended me wasnt going to work on my printer, its been a week since then and they have not gotten back to me about reimbursement or a replacement or if it will be sent out, they have stolen my money

Straight forward ordering and delivery procedure, just what you would expect.

Easy website and everything was prompt and finding the information I needed was painless. However, they need more shipping options as Startrack is terrible and has taken a week to ship a package from one side of Sydney to the other.

Spending money on a 3D printer, you want to make sure you are investing your money on the right printer and and I now feel confident making my purchase!

It was great to finally meet Shaun. I must have driven him crazy with all my questions about resin printing.and yes he knows a lot - and that includes his knowledge on the hardware he sells. I have bought 2 machines from him, a Phrozen Lite and after a Phrozen Transform. Both machines worked flawlessly out of the box.and I will be back to buy yet another (but he doesn't know that yet). His shop has some amazing display models and is definitely worth a visit. I was amazed at the detail in them.
