Incredibly rude customer service. I called to ask for a quote and I was told I'd have to email them details to get a quote within an hour. When I called back to ask about their email, I was told off for calling back and told that a quote would not be generated in less than 24-48 hours. I was polite and apologised for any confusion. The response I got was to go look elsewhere. It's challenging enough to try to pack and move with 2 young children. The last thing needed is someone to tell you off for requesting help.

Nandha and the team took care of the entire process after I made my invoice with the supplier. The team made it seamless and I could not recommend them enough. I was a first time importer and they worked with me the entire time. Would definitely use them again.

This was the first time for us to import Kava to Australia. My uncle lives in Sydney while I'm in Melbourne and because my uncles strong on old school techniques, he asked me to set up a customs broker in Sydney to clear and deliver the goods to his doorstep as he had no idea how to get it done. I contacted Freight 365 and Nandha was such a big help.everything was explained so well and was done so smoothly without any hassle.the goods were delivered to my uncles doorstep and has been cleared for sale now.they are the ones to thank for handling everything.
