This is our second time using Rhys to sell our property, he and his team worked tirelessly on the campaign and kept us in the loop every step of the way. His professionism, compassion and drive is why we would use Rhys again in the future.

Rhys Christofa seemed like a really nice guy, very down to earth.
Getting to know the market though it turned out that most of the properties he was selling, he had on the market at far lower price, than what they should have been. A process referred to as undervaluing.
We almost bought a place through him. It turned out we were never going to get the place as the other buyers committed to a 6 month settlement. But he wasted our time for over a week and a half just to bring the other buyer into a bidding war and get more money from them. Good at selling that’s no doubt. But pretty evil tactic’s that he uses to screw over honest people trying to buy homes

I've been using Stone for years now to manage my rental properties and they have been brilliant - Shellie has made my life easy! Everything is managed with a sense of urgency & honesty and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Stone have been the "complete package" for us. They initially took on our property as a rental when we moved interstate. They found as a tenant very quickly, were extremely fast at getting the property listed and up to scratch and took good care of the property while managing it.

When it came time to sell, they looked after everything during very hard economic times. They were on the ball, kept us informed of every move not just with our house but with the market, and made us feel like we were in the thick of it, even though we were 1000's of KMs away.

Working for the vendor, no, working for easy commission and quick turnover & then move on to the next one! If you’re selling, be aware of these guys and their sales strategy.

Unethical, deceitful and unprofessional dealing by the agent when we attempted to buy from them in Loftus. Had disclosure of a competing offer been made to us (with vendor best interest in mind), we would have improved our offer, resulting in a better outcome for the vendor from First Avenue Loftus, but it wasn’t to be.

I recently sold my property with Gerard Foote. From the beginning when giving me an appraisal, he was honest and accurate with his guide. He was genuine, professional and informative throughout the process. I was very happy with his service and would sell again with him. I highly recommend Gerard Foote and the team at Stone.

My experience with this company was subpar at best, rang them on multiple occasions in regards to problems with a house we were renting, they never phoned us back for days and when they did our property manager was always to busy to talk. Told us they would get a gardener to mow the lawn for us which happened after I had mowed it because I couldn't see my wife in the garden if she stood in the grass, yes it was that long. Mould issues took them 4 months to address, major security issues with property where windows and doors would not lock properly which they were notified about and still nothing was done. Won't be using stone ever again.

Property Management- Non existent service, ignore request for health issues such as mould, seem to have no knowledge of the whats happening in properties. Do subpar inspections if at all. Condesending, belligerent and rude- specifically Shellie Coles. Very thankful we are out of it and no longer have to deal with incompetence and god-awful person. If you are looking for a great experience and attention to detail- Ray White or Highland are both lovely to deal with!

Ezra is hands down the best agent in engadine. As a buyer, from the start, Ezra showed us what a great agent looks like. Did his best to find a property for us over a long period of time and never gave up. You can trust in Ezra, his trustworthiness and reliability is a cut above. Recommend Ezra 100%! I believe he has got the balance right between both the vendors and the buyers. Thankyou again for all your efforts. Top bloke!

Stone realty is by far the worst real estate I have dealt with to date. When I first moved in tradesmen where let into my unit while I was at work without me knowing, being a victim of domestic violence, coming home to see footprints on my balcony and my back door open was that terrifying I called my mother in tears thinking my unit was broken in to.
The staff speak in the most condescending, unprofessional manner. The systems are out dated, good luck if you need to pay them something and don't have a credit card.
This Real Estate was by far the worst I've dealt with.

This is the worst real estate agency we have ever dealt with. Maybe they are ok selling properties but really bad managing rental properties. We had so many issues that compromised our health, safety and belongings, such as severe mold, electrical hazards, and broken ceilings. Some issues took up to 5 months to resolve. Pure Negligence and zero consideration to tenants.

Have found all staff to be patient, calm, kind and understanding.
Have had many dealings with Rhys, Melissa and Liam, who at all times have gone above and beyond in their roles.
A very honest, reliable and hard working agency.

I found 2233 Realty to be the best real estate agents in Engadine. I recently relocated from Melbourne to Sydney (to be closer to my family and elderly mother) and was eager to lease a property in the area. I tried several agents but found most of them dismissive of my situation. I then met with Jess Nicholson at 2233 and was shown several properties that met my requirements. She took a personal interest in my situation. After 2 weekends of inspections, I found an apartment I was particularly interested in. Jess encouraged me to apply asap. Within 2 days the application was approved. I really appreciated the fast and friendly service.

Shame that we can’t leave reviews on the RateMyAgent website, they would get a real idea of this place instead of awarding them! No matter how many awards displayed it doesn’t make Shelly coles a good agent or manager! Unreliable, unpersonable, unapproachable. Found her to be rude and obnoxious and she speaks quite condescending to me. Glad to not have to deal with her anymore after years of her belittling behaviour.
