Wife turned up for a consultation today. Receptionist was extremely rude, tattooer was over 20 mins late then said he had to go get his kids. Very disinterested in just doing the consult. Would not recommend then just based in customer service without getting to the tattoo

An excellent piece of art work. The artist was very nice and did exactly what I wanted. I will be back there. Highly recommended.

Great staff and great service. Very accomodating and patient. Allowed my partner and friend to visit while I sat for 3 hours with Will. Called for a touch up and booked me in for the soonest availability with no questions. Love getting tough stickers done at 2012.

Honestly, best tattooists I've been to. I've had work done by John and Sam, and I could not be happier with them. They took my base ideas and gave me exactly what I was after. The shop at Charlestown has a great vibe, and all the staff are super friendly, welcoming, and happy to share their knowledge and advice. Can't wait to book in for my next piece.

John Cacic's my tattooist and I absolutely love his work. He's just so friendly and so amazing at what he does, I became addicted. Can not wait for him to finish my leg sleeve, and there'll definitely be more in the future!

Except Nikki, I would rate the previous receptionists 2 stars, they weren't as friendly and they were making one too many mistakes with my booking dates.

Had a piercing done by Cindy. She is amazing had I been in the hands of someone with less experience well things probably wouldnt have been as good (I jumped) 10/10 recommend
