Can I just say that 1Touch Car Freshener smells soooo good, I had to beg for another one…and voila - another freebie for a good day ahead.

Don’t get me wrong…I am already satisfied that the car was well-cleaned in and out.

But the finishing touch of a pleasant sweet fruity smell inside creates a different level of service and brand…and this is in Fairfield!

Thank you, bros (they’re literally brothers) for the excellent special wash of only $45! Will be back for my other car soon

This has to be the no1 best car wash! Customer and quality of the service is excellent.martin and his team have been brilliant in full detailing my car. Inside and outside is very spotless. I recommend whoever needs their car cleaned.

Took my very dirty forester in today and was happy with the price, customer service and quality of work, compared to a few other locals who charged more and didn’t do a thorough job (streaks, didn’t vacuum) definitely will return

They never told me what time to pick it up, so when I came to pick it up that night they were gone and I realised my car had been left unlocked. I had to go back home, get my spare keys, come back and take it home because it would have been left overnight unlocked.

When I came back to get my keys and pay, the guy laughed at me when I asked why it was unlocked and said “it’s okay, we have cameras, no one will take anything”- is the reason why a car with more than $500 of belongings is allowed to be left unlocked overnight. They STILL charged me $50 for a small Yaris.

Unprofessional and rude. I had to clean the rest of the dirt off myself, I wish the $50 was worth it
If you bring your car make sure you watch them and wait, don’t trust them because they don’t care!

Took my car for a clean inside and out. Couldn't tell how many cars were ahead. It took more than 2hrs to complete and all I requested was a wash and vacuum. The inside of the car wasn't cleaned well, the sides of the door were untouched rubbish and wrappers were still present. There were watermarks left on the car, the windscreen had scratch marks and water marks from the inside.

At the 1hr mark I asked how long the car would take and one of the workers said another 30min, it actually too another 1hr totalling 2hrs. I'd understand if it was a wax and polish with the whole works but 2hrs is a little too much. And here's the kicker, you sit inside while you wait, you get asked by the waitress if you'd like a coffee, I said yeah assuming it would be complementary as no menu was handed. They charge you for the coffee. I assumed the coffee would be complementary as most place offer this to distract the customer from the waiting time, it's usually a nice gesture. I'm not care a great deal over $5 but with it just felt like a nice little kicker. The whole experience was irritating and waste of time. I'd rather spend a few more extra $$ and get a better job done. Or for 2hrs I could have done a better job myself at home.

By far, this is the best car-wash I’ve ever been to. They’re super friendly, efficient and their work is spot on! I’ve been to many other places before and always walked out unsatisfied as my car was never washed & detailed properly and/or always had issues with staff. I really recommend this Carwash to everyone!

Fantastic finish. They are the friendliest bunch and the only place I know that are open till midnight.

Once again wow what a surprise great job on the car very clean. Had a coffee as the guys where washing and cleaning the bosses car.

Very happy with the service and price we have received yesterday. Perfect waiting area inside the coffee shop, which was handy as we have a 7 months old daughter with us. Our car needed a good wash and they did fantastic job! Very lovely staff with manners.
It was our first time there, will be definitely coming back.
