13cabs Dubbo

Pre-booked the night before. Cab never came, can’t contact to chase, just an automated answer phone service. Very poor.

Absolute rubbish service!

Booked a cab online for 08: 00 to allow leeway for a 09: 00 train, still at 08: 52, we're finding you a cab. Called every number possible to speak to someone yet the recorded message would not understand my location to be picked up from, got hold of someone who said there are no Cabs in the area, 209475483 is the booking number.

Very bad booking system.

I scheduled my taxi cab booking for the next day at 5.20am 17 Oct 2023. The system accepted my pickup at the Castlereagh Hotel in Dubbo, took my card payment.

No email sent to my given email, did not turn up by 5.30am. Grrrrrr 13cabs Dubbo.

I ring getting a message we do not serve ur region.

You owe me a $8.96 refund + $26 new fare that I arranged with the help of the Dubbo Police.

Thanks for nothing 13cabs. I suspect this has happened to other expectant clients at 5.30am when they are connecting to an international flight like me. I also suspect that u have and will have a bad reputation for defective service!

After being asked the type of vehicle I required I requested a sedan and was given a fare in a van with poor seating.
At the end of the $195 fare I was asked to pay an additional $10 service fee.
My driver was friendly but the vehicle provided was poor.

Terrible experience, waited over an hour for a cab, called customer service and was put to “highest priority” then waited another half hour before cancelling, they just use the $1 fee to scam people

Absolutely horrendous!
I called to enquire where my taxi was as I have been abandoned for a booking made over an hour in advance, I was hung up on, and now I have to walk more than 1 hour to the airport just to miss my flight, pay through the nose for a rental car to drive 6 hours home.

Booked a cab but never showed after an hour on a Monday night. Would not recommend this business at all.

Twice now they have not turned up when booked and left a young client stranded. Totally unacceptable!

Not bad for a few taxis around, friendly in my experience, Sihana has helped me out many times without fail

Shame on you 13 cabs! I booked a cab with you guys and I needed to get to an appointment in Dubbo but the driver was very late and pretty rude he seemed very rushed he was on his phone while driving. Not professional at all I prefer Dubbo radio cabs those guys are very professional and on time and nice and actually talk to you

I ordered a cab the driver was rude to me and very unprofessional and we waited almost 2hours for a cab worst taxi service I have ever experienced never going with them again.

Called a maxitaxi. Waited 1hr. Was told to call if waiting more than 15min. Hence had to call 4 times to check what was going on and how much longer. When called them the 4th time, after waiting for an hour, that’s when they told me no taxis were available in my area. Couldn’t they have let us known a lot earlier? This is very unprofessional and very inconsiderate of their clients’ time.
Not considering to use their service again. Not impressed at all.

I like 13 cab service, i booked cab for my client yesterday, really happy.
