The whole team at DentalCare Waterloo are extra attentive and accommodating. From Sophia to Dr. Anna & Dr. Colm, they've all been very kind and helpful from the very beginning. Dr. Anna was very patient, gentle and caring when I had my cleaning and filling done. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone, especially if you're not a fan of going to the dentist. The team makes you feel very comfortable and well looked after.

Both the doctor and her helper were very efficient and caring I felt immediatly I was in good hands. The appointment was given very quickly and the curing done on time.
I would highly recommand this clinic if needed.

Very good dentists. Always on time, very respectful and patient. They explain everything. Anna is just the best, she takes time to answer all my questions, never had pain, good advices. Very happy I found this place!

Had all 4 wisdom teeth out here. Super easy process with anaesthesia, in and out in less than two hours. A couple of days recovery with not much inflammation and pain at all. Definitely recommend Colm and the friendly team.

Everyone was really nice and I could really feel that the dentist cared about my teeth health. He explained to me what was good and bad about my teeth and educated me about how to properly take care of them.

I recently needed an emergency molar extraction and reached out to DentalCare Clinics Waterloo as a first time patient, they were very helpful.
I honestly have no complaints.
As a first impression, the staff were all professional and friendly. Dental clinic was tidy, clean and the procedure went smoothly. The aftercare staff also called to check up on me, also very friendly.
Also, can’t forget to mention the handsome & outgoing Dr. Lawrence Burke who certainly made the experience more pleasant.
Definitely a good decision to check out this clinic.

Dr. Anna is professional, thorough and highly skilled, she puts you at ease from the moment you sit in her chair. The most difficult and painful part of my filling procedure was keeping my mouth open, pain free otherwise. I've struggled to find a regular dentist in the past and I won't be going elsewhere. 10/10

I saw Dr Tania as a new patient here and I had a very pleasant experience while receiving care and being updated on my oral health. Her instructions and explanation were really clear and easy to follow. The office staff (think her name was Georgia?) was really nice and informative as well!

Undertrained staff!

I had a cracked teeth when first time visit this clinic. The doctor suggested it's naturally grown which was wrong diagnostic. After a year this teeth is very painful. During this time I visited 3 times for cleaning and mentioned the pain. The hygienist thought it's the gum and not call for doctors when he's unsure. Now the teeth is totally broken in half and I need to take it out and have an implant.

After I complained to them, the owner of the business Dr Comb was willing to see me. He offered about 30-40% discount if I do the teeth extraction and implant here and nothing can be offered if I do this elsewhere. I honestly couldn't be bothered to involve with them again, so I didn't take the offer. God knows whether they can do well after they say it's naturally grown cracked teeth which is seriously wrong diagnostic.

In general, the people work here are not properly trained. They took unnecessary X Rays on me (two times in a row). You cannot book with the hygienist you want. I booked with a lady but turns out a guy from bankstown came cover for her.

I was so incredibly well taken care of. They listened to me patiently and provided so much detailed insight into the procedures that I always felt well informed. I am very grateful for their caring and gentle approach. At the same time, the scale and clean and the other procedures like fillings were performed most professionally. So glad I found this clinic! Thank you!
