40Run by two legends - I've been going for 3 moths now and have loved every minute of it. My favourite part is how personalised the experience is with committed staff looking to help improve everything from boxing skill, strength and stamina! Thoroughly recommend it

Whether you are looking for a sweat, to make some new friends, learn something new, or to get yourself into great shape - this is the gym to come to. The trainers are top notch - encouraging, helpful, and there to teach you something new and help you find your next level, no matter your starting point. The squad is a reflection of the great attitude of the coaches with Mike, Leon, and the rest of the crew always bringing 100% with a smile on their face. Doesn't matter if you are a beginner, or someone who has done boxing before - there's so much to get out of joining up and sticking with it. If you're thinking of joining, don't hesitate! You'll be glad that you did.
I wanted to write review because I think you have earn it! Since I first step in the gym I feel welcomed there straight away.
Mike and others are awesome and friendly people. I have been lucky to been trained with them! All the trainers have thought me a lot and kept pushing me to improve my skills and became a better boxer.
I can’t say it more, guys if you are not training there yet, please GO it will surprise you and after that you wanna just keep going again and again! You will gain boxing skills but it is good for strength training aswell! Also I need to mention that the gym is very clean and organized!
It was sad to leave the gym and everyone there but new adventures waits me in overseas. I appreciate everything what you have done and im going to take all things what you have thought me with me and im going to keep improving my skills at home. Thank you again, you guys are legends! It has been pleasure to meet you and be part of the team!
A great workout. Much less monotonous than other functional circuit training classes. Turn up when you want, do as much or as little as you feel, and learn some real boxing skills. And boxing is a great all over workout so you tone up and get fit quickly.
I've known one of the owners, Mike, for many years. He's an honest, professional and hard-working guy who puts a lot of energy into his business. People looking to join this gym can be assured they will be very well looked after. You will receive excellent value for money, attention to your individual needs and most importantly, have a good laugh along the way. In my work as a chiropractor, I am very interested in learning about the different options for keeping fit. 12RND is a fantastic mix of boxercise and functional training. You can be assured every workout gets you sweating and feeling great. Mike and Will are also both extremely good looking so it really is a no-brainer, JOIN NOW!
Mike and his team are professional, firm yet friendly, with fitness knowledge. The studio is neat, tidy and organised, which infused with young, vibrant, friendly vibe.

The gym has a great energy and the workouts push you to your limits. The coaches are always there to support and encourage you. I’ve been training at 12RND for over 3 years and I cannot recommend it highly enough!
A great gym with a community to match. Having a structured session without being restricted to a class time makes it easier to fit in around a busy schedule.

1) Passionate about health and fitness? 12RND fitness north Sydney is a place to start with. I have not been to any gym, not done much physical activity except walking, and also last 2 years like me most of you might of got struck inside home without doing activity. Like to make some progress? Then, this is a place where you can start from zero to progress high level of fitness with personal training attention. I have been going there for a while and I am already seeing a big change in energy levels and body.
2) Mike has been awesome to me. He always customize the exercise which I can easily do or follow to achieve the same result of original one.other trainers are friendly, helpful, extremy qualified. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way.
3) 45 min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it along with boxing. Every day is a new training and it is never boring. I always feel good and active after the session.
4) cleanliness is an important factor to consider when working out. 12RND North Sydney provides wipe and surface cleaner for people to use before and after workout. This place is clean and well maintained.
5) They also arranged online training session during lockdown and they have recorded session available in their face book page to follow and do ourselves in home when we are not able to make class.
6) There is a optional training camp available to participate and monitor our progress with body scan. 4 training in a year during summer, autumn, spring, winter.this includes in depth training, meal plan, recipes, goal setting, body scan.
I went there for trail class and really liked it and continued with 6 month contract.
Highly recommend checking this gym.

The best gym this side of Sydney. 12RD North Sydney isn't just a gym, it's a community that holds regular catch-ups, parties and special events. You will make lots of friends.
The coaches are great. Not pushy, just motivating and friendly and great at what they do.
In six months I dropped from 16% body fat down to 6%, while putting on some muscle at the same time. 12RD's regular (and free) training camps are lots of fun, and if you have a competitive nature, you will get a lot out of them. If not, there's no pressure, you can train at your own pace and will definitely get fit.
I recommend 12RD North Sydney for being a great, fun way to get fit, and learn some boxing basics at the same time.
This is a lot more fun than F45, better than Fitness First and the best choice for a gym North-side of the bridge.
Incredible dynamic workout combining boxing, HIIT and strength. Mike, Will and the trainers and patient, friendly and will make you smile even when they are pushing you hard! Amazing community vibe, great tunes, clean and well equipped gym. Won’t be going back to a standard gym anytime soon! Fun, energetic and results seen in no time!
Overall the gym has a great vibe, staff are really friendly and helpful. It’s seems to work for a whole range of fitness levels from beginners to people actually wanting to box.
Great workout and use of time with a circuit taking sub 45 mins for those who are busy.
Also good social scene.

I love going to this place. It’s a great and varied work out, the boxing part is really fun and good to see how much you improve over time, as well as General fitness levels. The best bit is undoubtedly the people though, such an awesome bunch of trainers who are motivated, passionate and genuinely interested in every person in there. 10/10
Great Gym with friendly welcoming instructors from the moment you walk in, you noticeably see your fitness and boxing skills improve in a relatively short space of time. I was surprised how fun the boxing part was for someone jot having boxed before!
12RNDS has changed me as a person, I feel the best I ever have which is the reason why I continue to go back week after week.
