55I have been a member of 12rnd for over a year now and still cannot believe how lucky I am to have found a place that offers such fun, challenging, and diverse workouts. Every time I come through the doors of the gym, I feel welcome, motivated and surrounded by friends. Every time I leave, I feel full of energy, ready to hit my gym goals and prepared to tackle every challenge. I have never been fitter and happier with my gym before. Thank you to the amazing 12rnd Newtown crew for my increased fitness, confidence and happiness levels!
I love this place, managed to get a few friends hooked on it as well. Noticed positive changes in a couple of weeks and always feel good after a session. Staff are ace.
Such a supportive, encouraging team! They really help you stay motivated and focused; forever ready to help out with a smile. The consistently changing workouts are much more exciting than your treadmill run
12rnd Newtown is an awesome gym, the trainers are great, the workouts are fun & varied, and the flexibility of no class times makes it easier to fit your workout into your schedule. I've also noticed a huge difference in my upper body strength since starting. Looking forward to my next session!

LOVE this gym! Always get an awesome workout no matter what mood I'm in. All the trainers were amazing at adapting exercises whilst I was pregnant and also now that I'm 4 months post partum. I also love that there aren't any class times you need to rush to.
I’ve been going to this gym for 3 months now and love it. No class times mean I can arrive whenever suits and get started. The team that work there are really lovely. The exercises are always really fun and always change so I never get bored.
Best gym in Newtown! I've been training for years and this is by far the best work out! Super friendly staff and i love that you can come when ever you like and start the 12 rounds! Highly recommend
Friendly staff and a friendly environment to train in! Leonie, donnie and mai are always on hand to push you further and share their knowledge to help you get a better work out. All the work outs are fun and use litreally every muscle you have. Love training here and would recommend to anyone
Have been training for over a year and really love the style of training and flexibility of starting your session- (though wish it was open later in the evenings!) Great trainers and friendly community atmosphere. The workouts are always pushing you day after day! - Ellen B
Great place to get a full body workout with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Like personal training but with more flexibility. The workouts are fun and dynamic.
It’s all about the staff for me compared to other gyms. They are super friendly and seem genuinely interested in you improving yourself physically and mentally. They always have a smile on their faces even at 6: 00am.
The gym sessions are flexible which start anytime which is great for its users. Also the session change every day which keeps its stimulating. No more monotonous training.
The sessions are a mix of boxing elements and HIIT. Who doesn’t love punching something to release any frustration
Lastly I have found the regular 6 week challenges fantastic for providing structure to diet as well as training.
All in all it’s easy and deserving of a 5 star rating.

Super friendly team of trainers who show a genuine interest in all their members. The gym always has a welcome feel and with not set class times makes it easy to fit a workout into my day. I've only been a member for a month but I've already learnt so much and I'm really enjoying the training style so far.
I've been a member here for nearly 1 year and have really enjoyed the training. It's a mix of boxing cardio on bags and pads, and light strength training with dumbbells and kettlebells. No start time, just rock up when you want and make your way through the rounds. The trainers are awesome - really knowledgeable and friendly. The owners are always there, making sure the place is running smoothly and customers are all happy. Overall, a great way to lose weight and increase your cardiovascular fitness. It's a perfect middle ground for those who struggle to train hard individually but don't necessarily want to be tied down to classes. Give it a go, you'll definitely have some fun.
