So disappointed with Rob from 123INkjets.
I bought a BROTHER printer from him and after 3000plus pages it became jammed. I sent it to be repaired and came back with the same message. I then told Rob I was returning it for a refund. He has flatly refused and now I have the Department of Fair Trading on my side plus Brother who have stated that he needs to refund as I am under the 12 month warranty.
This printer is for my foundation - which will be building retreats around Australia for our broken veterans and children and he just does not care!
Shameful Rob!
Give me back my money!

I wasn’t sure which cartridges to get for my printer so I called them up and they were very helpful. Gave me ink at a good price and shipped it out straight away. I got them the next day. Thanks for being so helpful! Highly recommended.

I have waited 3 weeks for a 2 days delivery.
The problem was with the Couriers Please delivery company. 123inkjet tried to rectify the problem but after 3 weeks the package has not delivered.
Originally, Couriers Please delivery company stated 'no access' which means no delivery. Access is easy, it takes longer than 30 seconds to find.
Packet redirected to another truck and now apparently LOST.
After 4 emails to the the delivery company and several to 123Inkjet still no delivery.
The delivery company has unreliable service, lost the package and no customer service. Don't use them.
I am rating 123InkJet poorly because they need to manage the whole process including Couriers Please delivery company better (it's not my responsibility to manage their contractors) and I purchased the ink from 123InkJet not the courier company.
I rang 123InkJet today, after 3 weeks wait. They offered a cash refund, no apologies, no extra effort offered or offer of a replacement delivery.
I am sure they could have done better.

Allen delivers great service and his prices are second-to-none.
It's my pleasure to recommend 123inkjets to anyone needing cartridges etc.
