Scammer!

Rude personality and also mentally torture people when they don’t get their first home loan done by him.

Completely Unprofessional!

Please stay away from Sanjeev Walia as he is very rude and doesn’t even have sense to speak to someone especially the customers who are with them since long time.
This person mentally harassed us and threatened when we decided not to get our loan for buying a home done from him, then he started kind of torturing us and forced us to visit his office every time even if there is no need. At first, he didn’t send the required documents whenever we needed even though we paid for all the services, Secondly when our broker contacted him regarding the same he misbehaved with him too.
Overall, he is a scammer and doesn’t even deserve 1 star at all.

I walked into the agency and informed the assistant that I wanted to defer my lodgement to May and that was the ONLY reason I required a registered tax agent. She said that was fine and asked me to take a seat and gave me some forms to fill.

While waiting, I watched the director suggest bogus deductions and use estimates without calculation to other clients to get them out the door quickly.

After a long wait, the assistant called me to go over my forms and ask questions as she pre-filled the online forms. I told her to proceed only if they can defer my lodgement date. She confirmed this and said the director would see me after he finished with another client.

The director came over after another 15 minutes, demanded I lodge my returns immediately, and go on a payment plan with the ATO. I insisted on the May deadline. He lost his temper and started screaming at me while the customers and staff watched in disbelief.

You are wasting my time!
You have to pay me extra!
Pay me now and get out of here!

What about my time? I wasted 45 minutes waiting to be helped and instead had to listen to an overgrown baby throw tantrums. I walked out while he kept shouting.

Bottom line, do not use 111 Accounting. This business is only interested in making a quick buck. Their practices are dodgy and could land you in trouble with the law.

After this horrible experience, I went 50 meters down the street to another tax agency. The director saw me almost immediately and within 2 minutes registered me as his client with the ATO. He showed me the ATO confirmation page with a May 15th deadline and asked me to drop by anytime before then to lodge my returns. Too easy!

Do not use 111 Accounting. Their services are rubbish and they are only interested in making money off you.

Finally, I have found a trusted, reliable and a very experienced accountant who can do my tax professionally. You can never go wrong!

If I could, I would give 0 star! Completely unprofessional! Worst customer service I have ever come across. Stay away from these people! He is only after money! He charged me $60 for my PAYG tax return saying it's the price for online tax return! REALLY? His own website mentioned the price of $49 for online tax return! When I called for enquiry about my tax return, only thing he was after, that was his fees! He said transfer my fees now and I will lodge your tax return in next 10 mins, So I transferred $60 right after and then I was trying to contact him on his phone, never pick up the phone and never reply back! It took 4 days to lodge my tax return! Stay away from these people!

I called him for my tax return return he is asking a copy of my licence or passport and my bank statement when I told me I am not feeling OK to send a copy of my licence. It is not safe. Firdt of all He has no manners how to talk and very unprofessional without even listen others he disconnect the phone. Such a pathetic behaviour.
Be aware guys this type of people can do fraud by keeping copy of your licence and passport.

This my first call to him for tax return he left very uneducated image of himself.

Unfortunately, can't give 0 star! Completely unprofessional, rude and do not want to listen the other person! Called him to get my tax return done. Over the phone, he said it will cost $60 plus an additional fees gets added based on number of transactions in my share trading statement! He (director himself) said, we are charging based on number of transactions as we need to go through each and every transaction details to get the profit/loss amount! Although, when he lodge my tax return, the amount he obtained that is already summarised in the statement - which is obviously based on all the transactions for that FY! So technically, he is not making any effort to check those transactions in the statement, rather he is using already summarised amount from the statement. But he still want to charge a base fee plus additional fees based on number transactions! When I tried to discuss about this, he disconnect my phone and never replied!
All he cares about his fees! After transferring the fees, he was not bother to pick up his phone or answer back any missed call from his client! Why? Because he already received his fees! Also, when I ask any question about my tax return, he seems not interested in answering those questions! After all this, I didn't want to go ahead with my tax return and asked for refund. I was categorically said NO, saying "We do not have refund policy"! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY! THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN PROVIDING GOOD SERVICE THAT THEY CHARGE FOR!

Had to give 1 but if I could, I would give 0 rating. An absolute trash accountant. Not professional at all.

Worst customer experience when comes to any clarifications, the response and behavior is totally unacceptable.

Every girl working over there is so nice and helping but director is so rude in dealing with people and staff as well

Only gave me a $500 refund and then suggested we drop it to $0. My new tax agent had a look at that particular year and said i could of gotten at least $3000. Waste of time and money.

Superb service. I got refund very quickly. The person is very helpful. I am lodging my tax return with them for a number of years. They always listen to you very carefully and give you correct advice. I have recommended all my friends to them. You get 50 % discount if you refer 5 friends. Best in the town.
